It's been an entire year, which feels really alien to me, but it is what it is. I had school, work and BronyCon all coming at me at once, plus I was on writer's block with this next chapter for so long, too.

Pharynx shoved all the other nymphs his age out of the way. Some growled while others simply walked away. He paid them no mind, though; he was too busy trying to see where his new grub sibling was. “Where is he?!” He continued to follow them, finally finding a small cave-like room.
The nurse carrying the grub turned to him. “What are you doing here? This is no place for a nymph.”
“I don’t care! wanna see my brother!”
”...And then we add this lovely flower, Dandelion, and then-”
“Dandy-what-lon?”
”Dandelion, Phar.”
”Wait a minute! Are you saying we put a lion in here? Uncle Pharynx won’t agree!“
”Dandelion, a plant, not lion. Now, as I said-”
”Wait a minute! Are we seriously adding more weird smelling plants around?”

Hey everyone, I said I'd make a trio of blogs—one for every 12ish chapters—of KoLB that are edited and finalized. Here we are with numero uno. 
Tonight, I've finished all chapters through the end of the Crystal Empire Arc, which ends with the newly-inserted 'All the More For Us'. In other words, everything that came before Pharynx's introduction.

Have you ever checked your written stories to only see a story that isn't published at all? This is weird, I have two stories on the site. No chapters sadly but there are titles and summaries about them...
Not sure if I will make them but I might combine them since they might work better together? 
Warning these weren't edited when I found them, so I clean it up a bit to understand what I wrote... 
For those who missed the memo in past blog posts, I'm attending BABSCon for the first time, this April. 
I went to BronyCon three times prior to its ending, and I loved the experiences there, so I'm taking my convention love and running with it.
You know all the other well-known changeling characters? They all had pony forms of their own.

Sadly, Thorax the Red-Nosed Bughorse has not been nearly as well-received as I'd hoped. 
Even if it were more well-liked, there's no way it could be Feature Box material when it has to compete with gems like these:

As you may well know, I always get giddy when my stories and the show's canon align. And with this latest episode, it has happened again (albeit in a roundabout way). But this time, it's more than just "oh, I wrote a thing, and it turns out that thing is canon in the show. Neat." This goes up to a whole other level.
My basic opinion of 'Triple Threat' is that it was a pretty good Ember episode shoved inside of a crummy Spike episode.
