Yeah, so, been a while, huh?
I'm pleased to let you know that the next chapter for Rebirth of the Damned is finished, finally. Aaaaand so is another one. Yep, got 2 chapters ready, the second one just needs my editing team to finish going over it.
If you’re a frequent reader of my blogs and stories (who is though?) you may notice a bit of discrepancy.
There’s a matter of an unusual pronouns, (“Oh, Dashie’s gone, that’s fine. He didn’t matter anyways,” as compared to,”Reinn’s name arose because the creator is bad at names and decided to reshuffle hers to make a new one”) which is already unusual.
Nobody’s read this thing, but at least it seems like it has gone over well.
Anyways, I decided that now was a good time to write this so I don’t forget to do it later.
Anyways, A Little Odd went in a completely different direction than originally intended, and I’m prepared to talk about it.
I haven’t done one of these in a while, I didn’t do one for The Nightmare Procession because it’s unfinished, didn’t do one for Not Who I Thought I’d Be because I frankly didn’t want to deal with the fallout that story caused twice over, and didn’t do one for The Butterfly Effect because it’s also unfinished.
That means this story is probably the first one in a month or so the readers of my blogs get any background information on.
Oh yeah. Look for new Icefics too.
I started catching up on what I could yesterday when I saw the crazy amount of notifications I had accumulated. It's certainly going to take me a while and then some to read all of the stories that were published recently. I'm not doing too good; I'll have a blog about that sooner or later. Until then, know that I have some updates for Marigold's story that have been edited and are waiting for readers. Hey guys, this isn't that monthly wrap-up with summer plans. Sorry 'bout that. Just know that it'll be here soon. Though, with that out of the way, have some pony-talk below the break.
So, I went to Galacon last weekend. It's my second-ever convention – my first being Bronycon 2014 – and hopefully the second of many to come.
Galacon was a fucking blast, to be frank. Or, rather, the Galacon attendees were a blast. The actual convention that we'd all gone there for was... well. I spent about 15 minutes in the convention centre getting my pass and a booklet, looked around at what the pony-people were peddling, and decided that it wasn't for me.
There have been lots of people who, out of the kindness of their heart (or sheer boredom), have chosen to read Fullmetal Pony and drop a line. Seeing those comments, questions, and demands to know when the next update would be have warmed my heart and pushed me to work a little more each day on chapter three's segments. I've made steady progress on parts one, two, and four, plus titles for all four segments.
So...would it be presumptuous of me to cheer when I see this on the homepage?
Guys, I don't have enough futons for all of you. There's not even enough space here to house all four hundred of you. Can you, like, share sandwiches or something? I'unno.
I don't even know why there's four hundred of you here. I don't give out free candy. I don't write porn. Or HiEs. Or however the kids get popular these days.

Yeah, it's been 10 years since I've made an account on this website and published the first two chapters of Rebirth of the Damned, my first story (you can't tell now because back then when you would edit chapters and save them then it would overwrite the date of publication).
Lately, I have been going through various complete entries in Missing Pages that were too short to publish. I decided that "Just Weep" shouldn't be left to gather dust there. I've since published it as its own story with the addition of eight new poems about Celestia (and Luna) so that it is long enough to count as a one-shot according to the site's minimum wordcount rule. If you read the original poem, please check out the new additions and give them an upvote and some comments. I'm not
I don't think I'm terrible at actually drawing my own stuff (I'm okay) but I'm nowhere near the level of some of you fantastic people.
If it counts for anything, I think I'm a pretty decent tracer though.
To be clear, none of this is my own art. I just slapped a piece of paper on my Chromebook screen and traced over it, then shaded in the "colors". I think there's some level of skill in this, but I will not dare try to compare this to anybody's original artwork at all.
