Last month, I challenged myself to finish a plate of Samyang Carbo fire noodles without reaching for a glass of milk. The technique was the more I indulge in spicy food, the more I can bear the heat. And I finally did it! Samyang Carbo is the best fire noodles I've ever had. Now I can enjoy eating it for either lunch or dinner without having to worry about the spice level.
