With Gracefully having been wrapped up, some may be wondering what's next on the story list. Truthfully, I'm not sure. The way I work is both spontaneous and meticulous; ideas come a dime a dozen, but the ones that end up working--the ones that I end up writing, I mean--tend to come infrequently.

Recently, another great member of our community has fallen into dire financial straits Scampy, who is a sweet person who writes many Wallflower stories, has fallen on very hard times recently. Sometimes we all must deal with great hardship, and right now, Scampy is in need.

Part of the nature of Jinglemas is that it's a fic exchange, and everyone who gives a story gets one. In my case, it was from Wanderer D himself, he of the wandering Sweetie Belle and cocktail-mixing Sunset. And The Abyssinian Dream was a wonderful gift to receive. It's funny. When I first started reading on this site, there was a tag I'd constantly avoid but most of my favorites of my all-time favorites are pretty much just this tag. Hell, I'm spending a lot of my free time working on a story that has this tag now and I have several more planned that I can't wait to get started on.

As is always the case with his stories, I have no idea exactly how best to describe it. It’s a fantastic character piece wrapped around a lovely mystery, and the first chapter leaves you with far more questions than answers.
