I'm going open this by saying it is hard to write a good crossover, and that's not even going into the fact that you're essentially dividing up your reader base.

Happy early 4th of July! And if you aren't American, you can just be patriotic for your own country. Or not, it's all up to you really.
So, why am I exactly doing the weekly story thing? Honestly speaking? I really don't know. AT first it was supposed to be a thing that I could use to make challenges for myself, but I soon found out that I had fun coming up with silly/non-silly things that I could post and wouldn't have to give too much time to. It's actually refreshing.
Long ago, in the distant days of 2015, I wrote a reaction fic to "The Cutie Map" wherein Discord delivered an ultimatum to a freshly deposed Starlight: Abandon your quest for vengeance or face the consequences.
"The Cutie Re-Mark" aired. I followed through on his promise, taking Starlight to a world of true equine equality, where the only legacy ponies left were the mass-produced love batteries that powered the changeling nation of Omnifaria. And that would've been the end of it.
IN WHICH I SPREAD THE WORD
I've led off these blogs with unusual videos before. This one takes the cake. Do you like Victorian England? Do you like maids?
The company who put this series out on DVD 10yrs ago is trying to get a Bluray Kickstarted. Please let any otaku friends know.
I know I'm already doing a little number called "Elementos of Redemption: Rising" but I feel like this is a question worth asking regardless.
What story would you like to see me give a shot at, now that the show's over?
One look at the long description on this story and I knew I was going to have something about this. Hell, even Benny, a user that stopped following me months ago and completely ignores me these days, had to send me a PM pointing out the incredibly awkward thing that has just happened. Not that I needed warning, I gave a read and left a review yesterday in the early morning. I'll get to that later.
I touched on this in the comments section, when I answered Mr. Cold Ghost and aceina about the most recently published chapter of The Issue of Multiple Sunsets, titled "A Harry situation." However, I thought I would fill it in a little more. How, even though I do have a Harry Potter reference joke, and I introduce to magic user versions of Sunset Shimmer, they are more in line with the Dresden series. Essentially, I am going to explain a bit of the difference between the two, and why
IN WHICH I AM HUMPTY-DUMPTY
Before I get into that, check out Ladybaby's newest music video! Delightfully insane, as it should be.
With that, onto the show. Or whatever you'd call my bizarre running commentary on life…
Almost two years ago, I let you all know about a not-so-little story called Songs of the Spheres. Well, as of yesterday, it's come to a close, and...
I don't like to tell people how to have fun, but given how a certain group is celebrating Mother's Day, I will cross-promote SockPuppet's Father's Day Not-a-Contest. (A nontest, if you will.) Goodness knows we don't see a lot of male characters in pony as it is. This should be fun.
This adventure is a sequal of Room Service, which makes it the third instalation in the series.
Time to Pony Up; done the suit, and become the best Pony Girl you can be.
Sorry, the Leather is discarded, in favour of less traditional materials.
However; it is supposed to be more comfortable than the old leather; just as it is so much more intimate, slipping into this Modern tack.
I hope you enjoy, what Queen Chrysalis is becoming; turning into the CEO of the Royal Twilight Inn.
So, it seems my latest story "The Reality I Choose," has had a pretty warm reception! To the tune of... oh. 117 bookshelf additions and 6 new followers. Um...
THAT WAS GOOOOOD.
So, as you one person probably knows, I was taking a break from writing because I've been doing it pretty much each and every day for nearly three years (even vacations were used to play catch-up) but now I feel much better and read to tackle it once more!
And first on the list is continuing my first story sequel and go one step closer to finishing, as well as a story about another certain background pony.
So, if you've been checking out the feature box today, you may have noticed this little gem:
The City that Breathes
Buried beneath the Dragon Lands, there is a city. It rots, and it bleeds.
And it breathes.
I know that I haven't published anything in a while, but fear not: I have not been idle. I've had the pleasure of serving as editor for two of my absolute favorite clop authors on the site, Moon Dream's very own OTP of James Light and Hardcover. The former is the proud owner of the ballsiest group on fimfiction (and
Good day, chums! You'll be irritated to know that Movie Night is still not ready. Seriously, haven't even touched it. It's just so effing hard and I'm out of practice. Writing anything in the Gentlemanverse today requires a ton of effort to get all the lore details right. How can I make it all up to you?
How about a sequel to a story that over half of my followers probably didn't read because they follow me for the Gentlemanverse fics?
After 10 hours, DoMS is sitting pretty at 50/14 in 5th place in the feature box. I made a promise to the Incest is Wincest Discord chat that if it did, I was writing a sequel, so that's what I'm going to do after taking a short break from writing, maybe a few weeks or so.
Ever have one of those days that suddenly shatter your entire perspective on the world?
Yeah. They’re fun, huh?
If for some reason you aren't reading Kris Overstreet's brilliant odd-couple science adventure/condensed history of spaceflight/footnote fiesta/narrative Let's Play story Changeling Space Program or the daily serial crossover sequel The Maretian, you may at least be interested to know that I did what I do best: I made a card out of the latter.
