Happy October everyone!

My daughter's school district has not said anything about the mask mandate expiring lately, but so far as I know, it is still in place as I type this newsletter. That has helped keep my stress level a lot lower than it was during August when she started school.

I am still progressing through various things, moreso on two projects than others. Nonetheless, by next month, I plan to have one chapter of my new fanfic published.

So through book 1, we've seen the thestrals in action and their sacrifice to stay autonomous but little is seen of their fight against the Agents of Shadow. Arc 11 just ended in Songs of the Spheres, and with it almost all secrets and plot twists have been revealed. We have a single arc left, and it will return to a more episodic way of telling stories that we left behind in Arc 10. We'll tie up loose ends, look to the future, and settle down.
