It's one of the greatest months to grace the year! OCTOBER! Full of fallen leaves, beautiful warm colors to contrast the cold, and the upcoming childish holiday we all (or, most of us, anyway) love: Halloween. Also known as All Hallow's Eve or Nightmare Night, and some even relating it to DÃa de los Muertos or Samhain (pronounced Sow-win). However you celebrate it, whether it be through movies, stories, trick'r'treating, reverence, fear, celebration, or you just stay home and bypass the holiday
No big picture this time. But just yesterday, and now today, my story view count has been reaching the 200's, especially yesterday. This brings a good feeling in me; I was kinda expecting my self-promotion to be ignored a little, then again, I do get a peak amount of views in my sleep.

Hey everypony, and welcome to the best month of the year!
It's about time for another update to start off our spooky month; sadly, life has really gotten in the way of writing since I last posted a blog. Save for Stalled Out's most recent part, I haven't finished anything I'd deem fitting to publish. Lots of things happened and are continuing to occur IRL that sap my time, ability, and drive to write. I don't normally talk about my personal life here much, but I'll share the short version:
The "unluckiest" number on the spookiest month. The only way this day could be better would be if it were a Friday too.

Absolution Parts 1 & 2 have been carefully read and fixed; the first two chapters have been revised and reposted.
"My Dearest Applejack" has finally been updated with three new chapters. I've noticed the last two run a bit short, but I'm sure that's not a problem.
Elements Change the Dark Hearts was a story project that started off as a small set of chapters to act as a one off for a boss enemy for my (then) favorite game of all time. It was early in my hobby as a writer, and it wasn't very well thought out outside of the initial concept, but as I wrote more chapters, I began to have more thoughts about it. What if it wasn't just Bael and Fluttershy that had this strange encounter? What if the other Elements ended up bonding with other "Dark Hearts".
Now that's got me hype. Maybe there's all the amazingly detailed squish faces that are kind of weirdly adorable or the whole worldbuilding thing. This movie looks good.
The noise I made when I saw there would be seaponies in this here thing, bird pirates, Sia pony which is literally just Sia as a pony that's the weird thing to be honest, but humanoid cats are a thing and weird monkey? looking guy.
