I'm not dead. Sick, probably with some type of flu symptom that i wsn't going away fully, but not dead. So let's see what changed in about a week.
So, "Passing Familiarity" has climbed back onto Featured List (no doubt thanks to all of you who've come over at GaPJaxie's urging!). And many of you have expressed curiosity about some of the unanswered questions about this world and Turing Test's motivations. While I had intended to continue updating this weekend, I have instead decided to premier the next chapter early. Please enjoy it!
Twenty years ago, no one listened to me.
Ten years ago, some heard me out but still rejected my solution to certain social issues.
Today many acknowledge my agenda with even a very few approving of my ideas.
Tomorrow, perhaps some people will choose to ally with me.
Cut a part of what I was planning for this chapter since it felt complete even without it.
So I wasn't planning on releasing it today, but hey, it's like been an extra week without a release of the chapter and it's nearly 13k words. so either I release it now and enjoy part of my weekend, or later and release it on Monday.

When I first published Ladybugs Awake, I made a corresponding Behind-the-page. In it, I said that I was so genuinely surprised by the reception and expressed my gratefulness to all of you.

Annnd Act 2 officially finished! Honestly, I'm so pleased I've made it this far. I've never thought I'd actually get around to putting these ideas down on paper (well, computer screen, I guess) so not only getting to this point, but looking further ahead and thinking to myself, 'yeah, I can totally get there in due time' is so invigorating.
As of last May, it has been 3 years since I published my first and only story to FiM. At the time I made it, I was going by the fact there were no clop stories featuring the "Twilicorn" and "Trixie" tags together. It had been plenty of time since Alicorn Twilight had been a thing, but I suppose there was lingering 'distaste' at the time. I know for a fact this is no longer the case today.
