I am working on something, and came up with something interesting. It was something I casually mentioned, but think could make a good story for someone who is better at action and flight scenes (not a typo).
The idea?

I am proud to admit that I have never skipped a single episode of FiM during the time I've been watching the show. But "Rainbow Newbie" really tested my patience. Wasn't the plot only cringy, with Rainbow trying to imitate her friends JUST to change the nickname, but it is also a terrible plan to do so, and this lesson is just awful to teach kids. "You don't like a nickname? Well, boo-hoo! Suck it up."
By far, this is, in my opinion, the WORST episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
A bit late but I take a look at "Newbie Dash" and wonder what's up with the Wonderbolts.
I know I'm not the only one, but I get into these depressed and miserable funks where I basically can't function. I feel worse than garbage. I usually get through them, but I'm worried I won't one time. :/
Hopefully, Fleetfoot can bring a better disposition than I.
I’ve been doing a slow, very slow rewatch of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic for a few months now. And by slow, I mean extremely slow. I started re-watching it in January, after I’d graduated from college, but only turned on the television (I say that metaphorically—in actuality, I was using my phone’s Netflix app) every now and then, when I was in the mood for it.
So, I was lurking around on Derpibooru a few minutes ago, and I come across this:

Literally the only thing that I'd change would be Soarin. He'd be more like a cousin (or possibly another sibling, though with his color scheme he'd be a tiny bit more likely to be related to Night Glider).
In this week's episode of MLP, Rainbow Dash finally achieves her dream of becoming a Wonderbolt. But is her dream everything she really hoped for?
Has anyone watched Top Bolt yet? I just watched it about five minutes ago, and I have to say, this is one of my most top five fovourite episodes! It was sooo amazing. I mean, there was nothing surprisingly. It was just another kinda slice of life episode, but it was a 'funny' slice of life episode that you should not miss. I have to say, it is high recommended for every Dash and Wonderbolts' fans. Seriously, do not miss it. Dash and Spitfire were hilarious. There were so many joke around this

Chapter 3 of OF&L is still in the works along with some retroactive edits to chapter 2. I'll likely publish them both at the same time, when they're ready. I would've gotten it all written out by now, but the past few weeks have been pretty hectic. I'll be moving in a few days, so a lot of my time has been dedicated to packing and things like that. I do my best to get some written every night, but sometimes it just isn't possible.

Yeah, there was no way I was going to pass up the opportunity to talk about this episode. Honestly, it felt like the writers went out of their way to make an episode specifically for me to enjoy. And it's not just because I'm a sucker for a good mystery. Anyway, I'm just gonna gush a bit and point out all the interesting stuff this one brought to the table.

Twilight and Rainbow are called to solve a friendship problem at the Wonderbolt Academy.
So, there has been a lot of fan speculation as to why Spitfire, Soarin, and Fleetfoot were able to join the Wonderbolts years before Rainbow Dash if, according to the flashback scene in Parental Glideance, they’re only a year apart in age. Well, here’s my headcanon:
Writing chapter 16 now. Got 3k words done already. A small heads up. This chapter starts out a little gross. This chapter does include incontinence and the use of nappies/diapers but solely in a medical context. It will be for the next two chapters at most. I wasn't sure if I should have this but I wanted to have side-effects to Connor's partial transformation. I wasn't even sure how to word this little warning. He will have other side effects as well.
Chapter 16 is now published. Three chapters in quick succession, I'm on a roll.
Rainbow finally realizes her dream. Time to soar high or crash and burn.
