Never played it, but it got some gushing reviews when it was new.
Offer valid only about 23 hours as of posting this, so be snappy if you want it.
Thanks to ZeroOneInFinn for the tip.
Just a heads up, but those of you interested in such things may want to hop, skip, or jump over to Unusual Things, where you can enter a giveaway to win a free copy of Unusual Events! Entry details, requirements, etc are all in this post, so if the idea of bagging a copy of Unusual Events of your very own to read
So, apparently Sang-Froid: Tales of Werewolves quietly went free over on Steam some time ago?
Not aged very gracefully, the voice-acting and models in particular, but it's still one of the neater and original defense games out there. And it does the werewolf theme EXTREMELY well, so that's a real bonus.
Offer is going to be valid from Monday, to Friday, next week. IE, 27th to the 1st.
Man, that's a pretty big name game to giveaway. Know it's got a few years on the line now, but it's still considered one of the best in the entire Total War series. And that's not exactly a tiny, no-name series to start with, either.
'Cause if that's the case, you'll love this!!
I worked on these bases as a commission for ModernSilver, and just recently we agreed to share them with the world!
In the link down below you guys will find 11.psd files for MLP races in male and female variants with a bunch of parts to customize your OCs!
My friend André S Ninja did a lovely dark reading of White Space (LINK), and now he wants to do readings of YOUR stories! check out his Youtube channel or,
Hey, did you know that if you’ve been curious about whether or not you’d enjoy a tale about a dragon setting out to open her own bank—the very tale contained within the pages of Axtara – Banking and Finance—then you can read the first three chapters absolutely free?
Steam. Stand alone version. Free for about two days.
Sorry for being brief. Been sick & just plain exhausted from school.
We did this two weeks ago, though, before I got sick for a week:
Not joking. Actually got forklift certified. A AND B class! They're freakin' terrifying to drive, too.
Don't think CoH2 needs much introduction for RTS fans. Never played #2 myself, but the first game made a real splash back when it was new for its real-life,historical setting, and being a real looker for its time.
Free until monday to celebrate it's fifth birthday, so nab a key quick if you're into WW2 stuff and/or RTSs.
Steam (PC), PS4, and XBONE, I believe is the platforms offered.
Oh, and happy Midsummer's Day, everybody! Know that's and Midsummer's Eve is more a thing here in Sweden, but thought I'd throw out the season greetings when I'm writing this anyway!
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion
4X game. Base game only. Remember it being pretty, but very, very dull myself when I got to play my brother's copy, but a lot of other people seem to love this one, so use your own judgement.
Like adventure games?
Well, do I need to say anything more? It's quite the 'love and or hate' genera.
Looking at you, 'wear puppy' puzzle, from Simon The Sorcerer.
Anyway, first game in some sort of trilogy I think it is, with the first 'episode' free for a limited time in celebration of the launch of the second part, or some-such. Looks heavily inspired by Red Dwarf and MST3K with a neat 2D, pixel-artish style, so seems worth checking out.
Had that damned infected tooth filled for the last time last week. Been going well so far, and I'm feeling much better already. Cost me a pretty penny from my savings, but worth it, just to be able to THINK again.
Merry Christmas readers! It’s Christmas Eve here, which is the traditional time in my family to start opening gifts from friends and family. So, as some of you already know, I thought this year I’d give you all a gift in the form of a Christmas story.
A Jacob Rocke Christmas story. That’s right: set in the Unusuals Universe.
All right, guys, a bit of a warning with this one. It’s … dark. Very dark, especially if you stop to think about it. And grim.
Worse still, it’s not entirely untrue.
Well, it’s been a long road, hasn’t it? As of this week, One Drink, the first title I ever published, is ten years old. It released ten years ago, on February 20th, 2013. The first step in what would become a much wider, larger writing career.
