You have no idea how many times I’ve had to correct that from “Inside Outsight”.
A while back, I read something that said crying releases neurotransmitters linked to sad feelings through tears. Why this is the mechanism for getting the sads out of your brain baffles me, but if true, it explains how one can feel better after a lengthy cry.
This won't happen that often.

After Cupcakes and Rainbow Factory, Rocket to Insanity by Scherzo is probably the next-best well-known classic MLP horror/gore fic. I've never had interest or opportunity to read it until now, fittingly after it was finally ported to Fimfiction. As it's rated Mature: Gore, I can't link to the readings, but the one I used was by TheLostNarrator. Scribbler also has done a production of the comic version
Going to be out of communication for a while. Leaving on week-long road trip tomorrow. Well, road trip might be overselling it. Two days there, couple of days there, two days back. The picturesque shores of North Carolina for a wedding of semi-distant relations. Not taking any pony fanfic with me, and won't be taking my mini-tablet so basically no internet connection. Just me, a dozen ebooks, and writing materials. Hopefully it will help bump me out of my rut.
Always kind of self-conscious about adding older reviews. I'm working through The Goodfic Bin and linking reviews that are a year old. If it is the only review a story has, then the author gets a notification about it added to my big master review list bookshelf. Which in itself isn't bad I guess. Just that if it's a bad review I feel kind of bad. Especially one author which I've linking several not-so-good reviews and if they had known about them they are getting reminded, and if they didn't I
