Yesterday, two people tragically died in an explosion in Bend, Oregon. They were firing their 1944 Buick Hellcat Tank Destroyer when one of the artillery rounds went off in the chamber and blew up the vehicle.

I guess it's no secret that I've been working away on a sequel to The Laughing Shadow and am finally close to getting it done. But I got to thinking: it might be fun to do stuff in the 'verse that isn't always about cracking heads and dealing with shit above and beyond the norm an average person faces. Hey there everyone, it's time for an obligatory blog post in regards to updates.
I just submitted a new story to the approval cue! We'll hopefully be seeing it soon since it's in the auto-approval cue, and everything about it is in perfect order.
I'm really excited to see what you guys think about it. It's been waiting in the shop for a year, after all; but all good things come to those who wait, especially me, who thrives on the validation I get from all the comments and stuff you guys put out for me.

Mostly I’m just sticking around to see what everyone is up to. I’m working on stories I conceptualized in my blogs before I dropped off the face of the earth.
Unfortunately, this comes with some bad news. I’m decided that I don’t have the energy nor motivation to finish some of the stories that I’ve left I completed. This includes NT, OP. I just don’t have the same excitement over this story as I did when I first started it. So it’s going to remain uncompleted. My apologies.
I’m am starting another blog post series to go along with my Reviews and Favorite quotes….
I’m calling it the Reading Reaction where I pick a long story and I do my initial “reaction” along the way as I read it and post all my thoughts on the story as I read it.
The first story to get this treatment is Sweetie Belle gains a soul by Bad Dragon.
And once my Reading Reaction is over I shall present the review he requested.

I've been having some stressful days lately, and this definitely is encouraging and nice.
So it's my B-day today, I'm officially another year older. And before you ask, just as I mentioned in the last blog, I'd currently prefer to keep my age private.

Sorry for the late post. This was planned for yesterday, but Wednesday and Thursday were so busy. Today I'm mostly free so I got this ready. I wanted to tell everyone I've got new plans and new stuff coming this month. Well, I mean, interesting to me. Took care of a few IRL things. Work was busy in... unique ways, lately. Winter doesn't seem to want to go away quite yet (which I'm actually fine with. Already sick of Mr. Sun). Had a quiet celebration for my wife's birthday and our Anniversary (got her a CD and some books she wanted). We've been officially married for 8 years now, living together for almost 5 (well, at least OFFICIALLY). Kinda proud of that, even though these are still rookie numbers. Finished
