If you're already a Patron, you can check out the story now on my Patreon page. But if you're not a Patron yet, you can donate as little as $1 to check it out before its premiere on Fimfiction tomorrow. All I'll say is that it's a Sombra/Shining story, and it's much darker than anything else I've ever written. It's actually the first Clopfic I ever wrote, and something I posted anonymously on Pastebin. However, considering all the weird stuff I've
Well, it seems like once again I’m moving into one of the lulls after a big release. Shadow of an Empireis out in the world, which means I’m trending back to relative silence as I sink into typing out the next big project.
Hey guys! I just wanted to let you all know that I currently have THREE patrons on my Patreon page, which means I'll have several new stories out by this time next month! Along with the two top-tiered patrons' individual fics, I'll also have the poll story worked on in April after the results are completed. Currently, the Big Mac/Braeburn/Burnt Oak idea is in the lead, with the Rarity/Mist Mane prompt in close second.
Fun fact! The original idea for Project Maelstrom was thought of around a year ago today.
Now as few of you will know, Project Maelstrom didn't take of, but all that is changing, since my last post I have split the first chapter into three parts. My main reason for doing this is because I felt the characters were underdeveloped at this point, the three parts will help build understanding of the main characters as they age.
This story is up on my Patreon page right now, and was made as a personalized commission by one of my high-tier Patrons. If you want to see what else I can offer, and help assist me financially to provide more, you can visit my page for more info. Otherwise, this story will be up on this site tomorrow morning. ;)
I have a strong urge to improve my writing while Wandering Through Realities continues to develop.
I was thinking, Why not make another story — a series of one-shots no less — where the sole purpose is to take requests and practice my writing while writing them out?
We will see, that we will.
I bid you adieu, for I must make posthaste to work!

Afterword: Worry not, Wandering Through Realities will be updated soon!
One of the few project I'm actually making progress on. Enjoy this minor teaser.
"What are you doing?"
"We're helping our friend welcome the new day, because that's the magic of friendship!"
"Well unless the magic of friendship can cure a hangover, it can fuck off."
So really early this morning shortly after midnight, I just felt I had another story to tell. And so I started writing a new romance about a Pegasus mare named Marybelle falling in love with a batpony named Guyrin. It's kind of funny because she's a cage fighter and she actually kicked his flanks when they first met. He came out of nowhere and she just reacted! Anyway, now she's treated his bruises and she feels bad about it. His intentions became clear when she noticed the broken and
...to a, um, well, here. As I am fortunate enough to be creeping closer to 250 followers, I will be doing an AMA once I hit that particular milestone.
Also, I'm going to attempt to draw (by hand) one of my stories as a comic after Valentine's Day. Which one, however, I have no idea. I did narrow down the list, though and I'd like to have y'all's input/opinion.
The choices are:
This saturday is the end of an era. Friendship is Magic will be wrapping up its last episode with a three part finale, and while we will get more from Gen 4 in the form of comics, this here is where one era ends, and for another to begin. Gen 5 is coming, though we don't know anything about it just yet, and I'm personally excited. That, however, is just one of two big things happening for me this weekend.
In addition to day job, night job, fictioning, and being a terrible OC, I have other passion projects. I'm a staff writer for Worldbuilding Magazine, an online publication dedicated to the art and craft of worldbuilding in speculative fiction, tabletop, videogaming, and movies/television. We've just put out our latest (and so far, biggest) issue, on the topic of
I keep having to remind myself that the main goal of one of my summer projects is to make a new LOGIC BOARD for a floppy drive, not make an entire freakin' Floppy Drive controller circuit. The difference is that one controls the drive, and the other... uh, controls the thing that controls the drive. Funky.
I scare myself once a week and look up MFM encoding techniques only to remember that that's not my problem™ lol.
Something's cooking up in the works. Keep watching for more details in the future.
Project: Eidolon has started production.
Right now I have been somewhat busy. I just released my first full length novel last month, and I am working on the sequels. Of course I have not abandoned this place, the fandom, or my pending projects (A total of three fanfics) for this place. I am just trying to focus on making my income source boost before jumping back to fics.
I've been thinking of doing a spinoff story that's supposed to, more or less, run parallel to Queens to Check, Dragon to Mate for a while now. But it's been bugging me all day for some reason, I had the idea while writing up the first few chapters of Queens to Check, Dragon to mate. But this time around, I thought I'd get the fans involved.
The AppleDash Project is kind of an experiment. I've never tried to do something like this before, and I've never really seen it done. I'm having a great time with it, and I appreciate every comment and like and fave I receive. Seriously, it's like crack.
Hey there guys, I just figured I'd catch you up on a few things, seeing as it's been well over a month since my last update. (Jeez, I really need to keep on top of these things).
So ... even though I shouldn't have ... I started another writing project. It's a side project. Which means weekends and post-quota only. But it's a good incentive. And I'll be tossing it up on my Patreon as a supporter award as it's written, and then when it's all done I'll post it here on Fimfic. Post-edit, of course.
