Who is Best Pony, and Why? · 11:35am Mar 4th, 2017
Not interested in a debate over which pony is "best" overall, but who is your best pony, and what do you like about them?
I guess I'll go first…

If you need any more reason, then how about the Disease Series, a collection of short tales (comedy, romance, and romantic comedy) about the Dazzlings:
Hey pones, got some good news for once in this dreadful year.
We faced some delays getting our hands on the art, and with printing of the Through the Aurora hardcover. But the misery is over now, the artists are finished, and I have this awesome book in my hands!
Been trying out lineless drawing. It's haaaaard!
Anyway, this is what I did. It probably represents about 6 or 7 hours' work total.
Okay, so finally chapter one of my collaboration with Cartoonlover13 is out. It's taken about six weeks, but that's mostly my fault — I am a slow writer… Cartoonlover13 not so much. Anyway, it's got all these tags: Gore, Adventure, Alternate Universe, Dark, Drama, Thriller, Tragedy. I'm sure you'll agree this isn't my normal kind of story, but I've had a lot of fun working on it with her, and I hope you can give it a chance. It's a
Oh um... look at that ?
Oh hoi there! Or ... Ahoy there! Beitwhatyouwant.
Why lurker about with no account when I can make one! Ha! Figured I'd give some rich sustenance for this newcoming account of mine. Hello FiM Fic world ! (Please be gentle...)
Okay, so I was sad and needed a distraction, so I drew Infinity Shade's OC as a sea pony.
I've only known Arian Blaze for a month or so, but she's quickly become one of my closest Fimfiction friends.
So far, she's written mostly about Cheese Sandwich, including You are Beautiful to Me which is a not-your-run-of-the-mill CheesePie romance. She's written three chapters of it so far, and has a new one planned soonish. She also apparently has an OctaScratch story planned.
So, my lovely sister and I have been planning on writing a collab for aaages — this thing about Fluttershy and… nope… no spoilers. But yeah, I've been wanting to collaborate with her for a while.
Okay, so I'm a slow writer and it'll probably be ages before I publish another story. (Just kidding! I have one planned to come out in two weeks! )
But anyway, in the mean time, here's another recommendation:
You're My Mommy No Matter What by Arian Blaze
The Sexy Assistant has 498 followers.
For obsessive compulsive reasons, this is painful for me to behold.
Somebody (two somebodies preferably) go follow her!
She's really nice.
And she writes well, though if you have M-rated stories switched off like I obviously do, then you won't know that, like I obviously don't.
And she's sexy, obviously.
And she's an assistant, apparently.
So follow her.
Here's a story I pre-read, that I'd like to recommend: The Batpony Conundrum. If you like batponies, or random slice-of-life stories, give it a read. It's less than 2000 words, so won't take up much of your precious time.
So a while back, I got stuck on a story, didn't know what to write next. It sat languishing for close to a year before I decided to ask my good friend Arian Blaze to help out, and we finished it as a collaboration.
Well, she had her own story which she'd been having trouble with, so today I returned the favour and helped her finish the first chapter. Here it is:
Okay, so when I first started writing Fluttershy Meets A Mantis Shrimp it was a birthday present for the always lovely Fluttercordforever but before publishing it, I also noticed that it would fit nicely with the theme of Weekly Contest #26, the prompt being "What is Beauty?" so I decided to also enter the contest.
Rainbow "Blank" Dash by DewSquiShee
Go read it. It's only short.
If you like it, follow Dewy, and beg her in the comments section to finish writing chapter two. (She's already started it.)
Go follow Amy O Snow. She's written some very interesting stories, and also some even interestinger (yes, that's a word… because I say so!) blog posts, which I keep saying she should ponify and publish as a story. If you follow her, then I can guarantee you probably won't regret it.
Also, she says she's going to post a selfie once she has 50 followers.
The dinner scene would've been a thousand times more awkward if Silk had been there.
... now i want to write it. Screw it, I'm rewriting the last two chapters. They didn't feel right.
In other news, I drew some pones.
