I've finally figured out what to use for the next chapter title. Given how the previous chapter left off on a cliffhanger steamrolling into a new section of the plot, I'd say that this one is gonna be rather fitting.

Finished chapter 2, rearranging the chapter names a bit to fit the chapter progression better. I'll be working on Chapter 3 tonight, and likely will post another status update on the story then.
This thing dates back to July 28, 2018 as the last time it was ever edited. It would sit around collecting dust until June of this year, when I'd ultimately toss out everything I'd written and start over from scratch.
The story below is how it appears directly copied from the Microsoft Word document. Though, for some reason, doing that also seems to place some scattered links to making a new blog post for some reason. Either way, I'm just gonna post this thing verbatim.

It has the events of the first chapter of Stroke of A Shadow, which you will find attached. Along the way, there will be decisions on what you want to do, but be warned: IT IS DARK. At least, some of the endings are. The CYOA story overall is probably only 10% dark.

Hey everyone!
I hope you're all doing well, staying classy and all that. Just a quick thing, but the latest Crackshipping story I've posted, you might notice, stars Aria. Pretty much the same Aria that is in Dazzling Sunset(which is why that story is tagged in this blog). The crackshipping story, if it were strictly canon to Dazzling Sunset, would take place after the end of that story, and therefore is a touch spoilery.
Mild "holy crap the story I poured everything into is about to come to an end"-style rant coming up.
Yeah, for those (very few) people who wish to see Pony-Me but without ponies, I've been on a hiatus for around half a year now, focusing instead entirely on fleshing out the world and characters of Pony-Me to let myself have a stronger foundation for the story.
Well.
Revised and partially rewrote the first chapter, and began work on the second chapter.
Starting from the second chapter, additional plot elements not present in Pony-Me have been added for additional realism concerning the effects of the transition between an extended session of virtual reality and real life.
Chapter-by-chapter status:
"Wake up" is now on its second draft.
"Take a look around" is currently being written, and is on its first draft.
I honestly feel like this is the most awkwardly-written chapter I've ever created. I tried to maintain a sense of continuity, but at the same time since I wanted to change the story a little, ended up diving into multiple areas where things just felt... off.
Chances are that I'll probably come back to the chapter and rewrite it from scratch. I'm really not much in a rush for the My Own Reality project, since I'm still busy setting up the world and lore in the main Pony-Me story.
As you might know, I have been working on a new IP for a while. My adventure in pony fics is far from over, but it will not be the only thing I do.
For a while I worked on Medium, expecting some sort of success, but Medium is incomplete, it has no view counts. As such I am moving my work to DeviantArt. I will still write on Medium, but many things not featured there will be on DA.
Realm of the Pen Knight is a Discord server I came across when I was told that their admin was planning on deleting the server due to inactivity.
Writing is fun, and should happen more, not less! Join the server and tell 'em that the server should live on!
