A bit late given EFNW, but I can now cover the latest check-in with the Equestrian chapter of the Legion of Doom.

Well, this has been an eventful day. I was able to slip in between Hasbro purges and catch the movie, so let's get this out while it's still technically Sunday.
We conclude the comic catchup with the main line and the last two issues of the Milkyway Incident. When last we left the royal sisters, they’d dragged both Pipp’s reputation and the palace through mud. (Well, the mud went through the palace.) Let’s see how this gets cleaned up.
This week, we have Rarity faced with a seemingly irreconcilable dilemma between her artistic desires and economic realities that threatens to crush her dreams.
This week, it's that classic mainstay of mid-century comedy, the man in a dress. And you know what? I thought it worked. Not because it was a stallion in a dress, but... well read on to find out. It'll be in the thicker paragraphs.
The midseason hiatus has begun, and so I turn back the clock to the oldest episode I haven’t done yet in this, my 250th blog. As a reminder, everything else can be accessed from the FiCG index page, which is always available from my user page. Now, let’s get assertive
Wherein Scootaloo decides it’s long past time she made some puberty-grade bad decisions.
BABScon is doing a volunteer meet-up today. Fool that I am, I'm attending; I'd like to be able to run tabletop games there and help out in the gaming room, including this Apoc World hack I'm doing that may be of interest to the target audience of MLP. The actual target audience, I mean, not us college-age johnny-come-lately's - I'm trying to do a kid's RPG, specifically a girl's adventure RPG, is what I'm saying.
This week, we turn to the last one-shot issues of the IDW comic. The final three will draw Season 10 to a close. Let’s see if the prelude goes out on a high note.
This week, we begin our look into a grand epic of madness, mayhem, and historical revisionism. And I do mean “begin.” With no more seasons to pad things out, Achilles is in danger of overtaking the tortoise, and a four-part—technically five-part; #75’s double-sized—series with Andy Price’s art definitely has enough material for two blogs. Let’s start stargazing.
The rain hissed down like a nest of snakes, a good match for this city. The only ponies you can trust here are the ones who’ve helped you fire rainbow friendship lasers, and Celestia knows those are few and far between. This is a dirty city, and there’s a mare here who has a thing about cleanliness. She’s trouble, but all dames are. Let’s investigate.
It’s my 100,000,000th blog post! … in base 2. But this episode is still rather special to me. It isn’t just the one that gave us Cakelestia and proof that Equestria has no libel laws. It’s also the source of one of my first attempts at a non-crossover story. Let’s open up this issue.
The references. Good God, the references. Agatha Christie, Ian Fleming, Arthur Conan Doyle... Is it any wonder I've cast Pinkie as Discord's mother?
To paraphrase W. C. Fields (possibly,) never work with dragons or children. And when the dragon is a child…
Three years and a day ago, I decided to post some cards I'd thought up based on the Season 4 premiere.
Earlier this year, hawthornbunny created a searchable database of brony-made Magic cards, over half of which are now my creations. (When you make a minimum of twenty a week for that long and everyone else is focused on making an actual set, it's kind of inevitable. )
Firstly, thank you to everyone who gave me feedback on yesterday's blog. I've decided to go with the first option (which, if you're not reading this in your feed or a considerable time after it's been posted, should be visible in my recent blogs to the right.)
We return to the comics with a bang. Indeed, it’s the bang I was hoping to end the pre-Season 8 blogs on, but the timing didn’t pan out. In any case, the local answer to Sheogorath seems to be having a problem with his Jyggalag. Let’s see how that pans out.
Several items to cover here. Firstly, if you want to participate in the Bronycon Bookstore (I personally plan on converting Oversaturation to dead-tree format,) fill out Aquaman's survey linked here before the day is out. It's not a hard deadline for signing up for the project, but it is a deadline for Bronycon vendor applications.

And we’re back to the comics, just in time for two tales of earth pony siblings. Let’s see what family matters will blossom in these full houses.
