As you probably know, I write So, You Wanna be a Princess at the behest of Canary in the Coalmine. Each chapter is reviewed by him before it is posted so he can make sure it meets his expectations for the story as he requested it to be. Since Canary will be attending a convention this week, and had an extremely busy day today he was unable to see the chapter before he has to leave. Therefore, there will not be a chapter posted this week.

It's taking me a little longer than intended but the next chapter is nearly complete. I originally thought of bringing it out this current weekend but in the end, I realized it needs further polishing.

The new hit time for the new chapter will be next Friday or the following weekend.

Hey guys, Dragon-In-Black here, I just wanted to let you know that I will publish my next chapter of Dictators Of Ponyville tomorrow. I had travelled to a neighbouring country and they have a different outlet for charging your electronics, and my laptop is a sponge in terms of saving battery, so I never got to write anything, but don’t worry you’ll have your chapter tomorrow even if it’s a short one.

I'm now a week into the robotics competition build season, and I've been spending more and more time working on the robots.

Basically, that means less time for me to write, so updates will probably slow to maybe 1 every 2 days.

And on the topic of my 75 follower special, as of Wednesday, the last time I wrote anything, its word count is floating around 200-300 words, which is faaaar from completion.

Alright, don't panic everyone. I just moved from my dad's house and to my own home. I'm sorry, but my work is going to be delayed: Simply put, my home doesn't have WiFi and I don't have a computer. And as much as I want to, I don't have unlimited data, so I'm going to be somewhat scarce in any update. I hope you will all understand, and know this isn't the end, but a setback.

My planned M story is taking much longer than expected because it's from an AU which closely parallels an existing pony episode. I have to keep referring back to (and keep obviously-but-fairly-plagiarizing) the show scripts to get everything just right.

This means updates will now resume in their usual random order.

I promise, I haven't dropped it. I've actually managed to get Twilight into kink gear and gotten her, Flareified Flash, Spitfire, and Pinkie to the room with the "special" chair and the jelly wrestling pit. Actual sex may start soon and I will probably get it posted soon. Two more chapters and it's done, then I have a pair of inspirations with which to follow.

Well, it's certainly not writer's block, I'll say that.

Every time I get most of chapter five done I look back and want to start smashing my head against a wall, because I keep veering off of the subject of the chapter in the first place. It's Twilight's appointment with the pony who Celestia has assigned as her new therapist and psychiatrist in one... Princess Luna.

The first draft somehow turned into a chapter that had Twilight chasing Luna through the castle over a prank.

Just a short blog to tell you all chapter 31 of Long Live the Queen will be delayed as well. This has been a very stressful week and I've barely been able to write a paragraph because my mind is entirely elsewhere.
