2023 was a pretty okay year, though it dipped in quality by the end.

I dont really do resolutions, but if I had to pick one, it'd be just work on BARRIER more.

I don't have the ability to function right now. I went to bed at 2AM and just woke up. its half an hour to noon. I can't deal with new years, because the sugar rush I had crashed and made it so much worse.

I think you're probably supposed to do these retrospectives before the new year begins, if only just, but I haven't had time (and I was at a New Year's party all last night if that's any excuse), so I'll just put my thoughts on the year that has just gone by, and what may be waiting for us in the year that now is.

That's something. I didn't see coming, it strange to think that I only made this page to write down some stupid stuff and hope to get my mind off some of the things that were bothering me. It worked, a little too well, this page is over four years old and I'm almost twenty-one years old, turning the big number next Wednesday. It just means that I'm going to be twenty-one years old and writing My Little Pony Fanfictions, something wrong there.

Whether it's because of politics, or culture, or just the added feeling of nihilism that comes with growing older, I doubt that there are many people who are too optimistic for what'll happen by this time next year.

today is January 1, 2018. I want to tell you that it was a good year on this site. I may not be a good author but I want to thank everyone who believes in me and supports me. You are all great! do not change! Happy new year 2018!

My New Year's resolution for 2018 is to control my spending habits, finish writing the first four chapters of SFLS and get started on The Bus Stop and Sardonyx Legacy.

Whew! It's been four years since I joined this crazy train. Howboutit? I haven't been nearly as successful I had originally hoped, but I've been having fun nonetheless. I've certainly come a long way, that's for sure.

And you know what? I'm not going anywhere, so I'm sure there's more opportunity in store for me. I can't wait to see what comes in the next year! Thanks for being here and making my time worthwhile!

This is the first full year I've been on Fimfiction. It's certainly been interesting.
I had no idea what to expect, and just wanted a place to put my story. I fully expected nobody to ever actually read it. And even people telling me to stop.

Just watched the ball drop and I hope this year will be better. I would like to thank you all for following me throughout the year and liking my stories. I am still taking a break but I will be back soon I promise. Thank you all.

"Will things ever be the same again?" Probably not. They probably won't get better at the turn of the year, either. 2021 isn't a light switch.

But things are likely going to start looking up. We already have COVID vaccines going out to people, and while it won't end the virus, it might help reduce the pandemic back to something close to the previous normal.
