So, I finally watched it. I think I enjoyed most of it. My thoughts were scattered all over the place. Don't get me wrong, it was entertaining and the music was top-notch, but... I can't help but feel that most of the characters were just... dumb. Not dumb in the sense of their design, I love their designs... just they all made very dumb decisions, like, all the time. Nightmare Moon declares that Celestia has been locked in the moon for years. Years. Now perhaps that whole "one year between season 1 and season 4" thing can die.
