'Cause 1: I was supposed to have fall break this week, but it got cancelled 'cause Covid.
And 2: I really don't have very many resources to start a new hardware project, so I'd might as well do something else.
Also, I haven't had the time to even try setting up a GoFundMe for my dog yet. :P

So something curious has just happened: I just got done watching the South Park Post-Covid two part special, and it has put me in a very positive and hopeful mindset. Yeah: South Park of all things giving me the feel-goods. Like legitimate fuzzies about things working out.
I have pictures I keep meaning to share, but I'm too lazy to upload them. Yesterday there was a cool rainbow outside my house. I also scored a couple of MLP toys from McDonald's. There are 8, right? I think I have half already. (One was Fluttershy! Hooray!)
Hello all. I know it’s been awhile since I wrote literally anything on this site. And I’m sure that by now y’all have concluded that I tragically died before my glorious stories could ever be finished. And to be honest, I find it difficult for me to deny it.
I've kind of dropped the ball on fanfic, but I do have a promise and a present for you all. More of a stocking stuffer, really.
A World: Reflected will resume at the beginning of January, so help me God, along with some other writing projects, Ask Underwing and Pink Lady the most relevant to all of you.
I often make references to the idea that writing is a constant quest for self-improvement. It requires self-reflection and self-critique. But there is a limit to this. After a certain point, self-reflection and self-critique always suffer from a lack of perspective. There's a reason you get reviewed annually at most jobs.
So I am now working on at least eight stories now, five of them at the same time, with almost fourteen more story plot ideas on the back burner, yet I'm only doing four or five paragraphs for one story in one sitting, which can be anywhere on an every other day, weekly, or even a biweekly basis.

On a slightly different note I am still down a computer (and probably will be for the next few months as I save up for a new one) and I am still using my 7 in. Galaxy Tab 4 to write but I have got a bluetooth keyboard for it so hopefully that will ease the process. *Fingers crossed* I hope to have the next chapter out by next

It's short and kind of messy but I like how it turned out.

2023 is almost over.
Quite a few things have happened.
I got a new job and my mental health has improved since then.
I've been creating again after over a year of nothing. I'm hoping to sell at a con just to say I tried.
I also got engaged.
I've felt like a failure, merely existing. I hated it. Feeling the way I did absolutely sucked. Now I'm slowly finding myself again. I'm doing a little better now.
I'm thankful I'm still alive.
