Last year, I was at a range of 167-169 lbs. As the pandemic went by, my food cravings have lessened over time. I just finished exercising and now, I'm at 157.5 lbs., with a BMI of 23.3. Awesome! ✌🏻

So, uh, this is a little late. Normally I try to post these before the year ends, but with a combination of family, friends, and party preparations taking up all of my time from Christmas until today, I haven't had the chance to. Hey everyone, I just wanted to say that we are nearing the last stretch of the story with an estimated 50-60k words to go or between eight and ten chapters left to write. The current outline for the rest of the story has been written, and we have a good idea of what the third and last arch will look like plus the ending and epilogue. This is parenting done right.

From 169, my weight is now 168.8 lbs and my BMI is 24.9. I'm so proud of myself and I can definitely say that the workout today really paid off. However, I will not rest on my laurels. I will continue on my weight loss/maintenance journey while the quarantine still goes on.
