My friend Haefen commissioned me a piece from HigglyTownHero. Fear's so cute! His eyes are blue in this pic. I never really stated it formally but Fear's eye color changes depending on his emotional state. When he's full of negative emotions his eyes become red, and when positive, blue. Amelio's the same way, her elliptical changes color depending on her state of mind. Red for negative, blue for positive.
