So!

I am leaving tomorrow evening, from Philadelphia, at around 5-5:50pm. Given that it takes an hour and a half in swift moving traffic, I'm guessing I won't actually get there until 8pm or so.

I get off work at 4:30pm (assuming I don't end up on an overtime call, please god no) and plan to essentially be dressed and ready to go immediately. Toss my stuff in the car (and yes I'm bringing soap! Contraband soap, at that), stop by my Nana's for a minute, and then be off officially.

Well, like thousands of folks here, I will be attending Bronycon this year!

I had hoped to get a new chapter of Scoots and the Cab out to celebrate but it wasn't meant to be.

There are plenty of fanfiction panels at the convention, maybe I can learn a thing or two about timely writing and technique.

I may also bring my laptop, so if any of you folks are there, you can break my ankles and force me to write ala Misery. Or, just say hello.

So this is a touch later than I had anticipated to write this. However, my life has been utterly consumed by a little thing called being busy as fuck. Since leaving Bronycon on Monday, I packed up my things from my old apartment, left my old job, moved into my new place, and started my new job. Some of it is good! And ... some not so. As I understand there’s about double the amount of attendees than anticipated. Also Quills & Sofas (which has no quills or sofas) is crammed in with the crafting activities. Huh.

Though apparently The Flash Sentry Papers has already sold out in the BronyCon Bookstore (along with like half the other titles available). So that’s nice. Any of you lucky and discerning readers get one?

I've actually been pretty active over the last couple months, not that I've got much to show for it except a few Writeoff entries and a copious amount of Skype-chatting.
