Hey all,
So you know how I sometimes make hyper blog essays analyzing stuff? Yes well, that's going to continue, but they're not going to be hosted on here anymore.

Discord is often mentioned as the most difficult character to write. He's certainly one that a lot of writers seem to struggle with. I've been told that I wrote him fairly well in "Discord and Harmony", and I've been working on some of his incoming scenes for "A Dream of Sunny Days" lately. I figured I'd put some of my thoughts about him on paper, and list some of the issues to avoid when writing him.
The following jumble of attempted mathematical and reasoning skills is the result of a recent nostalgia binge. This idea came into my head and blocked any and all attempts to circumnavigate it until it was written down in spite of the fact that it will benefit nothing and no one. What are some initial observations?
While I of course worship Best Human and think she has no need for those silly wings to prove her greatness, it can't hurt to speculate if she's got them or not.
Apparently these are going to be a regular thing again. So to anyone who doesn't like these showing up in their feed, I'm sorry, but I enjoy reviewing things, so expect more in the future.

THEORY! As you've probably heard, Pony Life, (aka G4.5), premieres next year. The focus will be on slice of life / comedy. I know a lot of people are sick of the so-called "Cal Arts" animation-style, and rightfully so as it's been sorely overused. However, PONY LIFE centers around Sugarcube Corner.
Well, My Little Pony has gone and done the impossible: they reformed Angel. (Believably!)
True, he's hardly a villain, but for 9 years, he has still been a complete and total jerk - borderline abusive! And now, after all this time, he doesn't have to be that way anymore. It's the redemption story we didn't know we needed.
On Your Marks is truly extraordinary storytelling. It's the first crusader episode to follow up on the CMC's after they earn their marks.
