Ladies and gentlemen, we have passed 8.000 words!

It is going to be the longest chapter of the story, which means we are insanely close to hit 100.000 words in total! I am so excited about this, as it will mean it will be my longest story on this site.

At any rate, I had imagined the chapter would hit 8.000, and I am in the ending line now, just finishing up. I hope the chapter will be released today, though if not, it will be tomorrow.

Okay, I know most of you might be tired of my talking of how i'm going to get the rewrites to HLW done and publish it, so I'll just have Sweetie Belle tell you.

I'm almost done with the story. After this, I think I need to take a break. I wrote 2 stories this month, and I might not have another story for a WHILE. Also, I started school again, so the break may be kinda long. Other than that, here's to finishing it!

Chapter 24 was a prolonged fight with rewrite after rewrite. I had to retool the same 3K-ish word scene three times, toning it down each time since Fleur was getting a little too wild for my tastes. Spent a lot of time looking away from the words over the past two weeks to detach myself from them adequately to take a chainsaw to them as needed. After about 7 years of writing, it is finally happening. The Maledictum Insania series is almost completed.
I am on the last few chapters of the final book. Very soon, this biggest story I have ever written will be concluded.
It is true what they say. You look towards the end of your major projects with both a laughing and a crying eye.
Im not entirely sure what to do with myself yet once this hobby I put so much effort into is completed, but we will see.

Y'all know that I've been making progress with revising my stories for print. Well, I only have one story left to work on for the first collection to be ready in terms of "Wow all these stories look nicer now" but I also did another cool thing.

The Luna and Celestia interludes of Enemy of Mine have been revised and expanded. I also fixed up some colored text whoopsies that I spotted in the latest chapter that fuckin' slipped by my initial dozen editing reads because formatting.
