And another 15k words down on Harmonic Resonance between the final two chapters, with another 3500 down on Feathered Hearts. I’ve been a busy boi, but neither is near ready for release. It’s possible at this point that the last Harmonic Resonance ascension chapter will have to be split again and end up being a three-parter, but we’ll see what shape it’s in as I get closer to done with it.
We’ll start with Harmonic Resonance first. In short, I’m making it official: The climactic Twilight chapter of Harmonic Resonance is being broken up again, as it will take a three-parter to complete and do justice. I expect the chapter draft of part 2 to be finished within the next day, so you can expect at least a 9k chapter sometime in the next week. How fast it’s out will depend on how fast I can get feedback from prereaders and the commissioner back on it.
I have to say, folks... I’ve been very happy with how the last two chapters have been received. There’s been tons of positive feedback, and I’ve picked up a slew of new likes and watches. So why not keep working on it? The next chapter will be draft complete and off to prereaders today. After that, it’s a new chapter of Eros I’ll aim for next weekend, and then I’m back to working on the next chapter of Harmonic Resonance.
Hey, folks. After running my new chapter past prereaders and discussing it with them, the conclusion was unanimous—they loved all of it including the powerful combat scenes and especially some very hot adult action at the end, but the ending scene exceeded an R-rating. That left me with a dilemma, as I felt it needed to be there and didn’t wish to dial it back or remove it.
It’s with prereaders and currently weighing in at almost exactly 10k words—and that’s only after I decided to remove the trailing 4500 words to save for the next chapter. Yeah, it was getting too big too quickly, but at least writing the chapter following won’t take as long.
No, not Marco’s spear thanks to the fertility-potion-spiked cider poisoning. I mean the latest chapter of Continuation and Chronicles.
The first couple prereads are in and very favorable. After all the angst and issues this chapter gave me, it appears to have turned out well in the end. Given it's gotten very long—now nearly 20k words, split between three unique perspectives—I'm giving all prereaders until Sunday morning to hit it, when I'm planning to launch it.
First and foremost, 🎇Happy New Year, folks! 🎇And second, the first preread of C&C Chapter 38 is in and favorable, courtesy of Silentwoodfire—thanks, SWF. Hopefully the rest will be as well. But while we’re waiting for that, I’d like to go back to Eros for a bit, both to work on and wonder if I made a mistake by releasing the first part of the new Changeling arc as one big chapter.
Hey folks! Got a few more shorts for the ol' Anthology today. One is an entry for last month's Pride Month contest (and it has trans themes; if that's not your thing, feel free to skip it) called "Special Occasion" about a mare trying to feel comfortable as her true self.
I’ve given them a week to hit it, and I’ve already started into into a brand new chapter, with the first 500 words down. At long last—and sorry again for the long sideshow there; I will address that directly in the first part of the text as Sunset gets dinged by creative writing instructor Ms. Cherilee for letting her narration lose focus—it’s time for Midnight to deal with Lemon Zest. Probably going to be a two-parter this go-around, but we’ll see.
Final preread is in—thanks, Silverblade5. So all that’s left is a final editing pass followed by creating the T-rated version. It shouldn’t actually be much shorter than the regular one, as sex does not take center stage here.

After an unpleasant couple weeks of work, I've got a three day weekend to unwind and take advantage of. Here's my writing schedule to come, in order of priority:
1. Unleash the Magic:
Thanks to the long weekend, the next Unleash the Magic: Midnight Rising chapter draft should be finished by Monday or sooner, and will be posted as soon as it passes prereaders. Needless to say, I think you all know what happens next... 
2. The Lawyer and The Unicorn
When the Time comes is not dead I am still working on it. My muse is just a B!$<* and will not let me find piece with the chapter, and working back to school in retail does not help.

So, I know how this sounds, but I'm probably going to get some actual writing be done. And I don't mean that horrible new, totally mature fic I'm writing which is basically just all my favorite things mashed together while also aiming to go full pretentious/retard in the near future. No.
So continuing on from the previous blog is a Sparity (Spike x Rarity) romance/slice of life called "Don't Come Close "
As intimate as they've seem to have gotten while exchanging letters, Spike wants to confirm once and for all Rarity's feelings for him. And so years after he left Ponyville, the now-grown dragon returns to the town of his childhood, and the mare he left behind.
It took me this long to realize it, but it's time to lay some of these stories to rest. I try to hold onto these ideas because I believe there are no bad ideas, only bad execution. However, as I become a much better writer and see my limits and style, I know that some of the ideas I want to do, I can't pull off their full potential. That is a crime no writer worth their salt should make.
Tick, tock, I didn't do anything this summer.
Whelp, I didn't update any of my stories and all I managed to get done was some revisions and a story that only got 20 likes. Yep, this was not a productive summer indeed.
Sorry that I haven't updated my stories in a while.
School started again wich mean I'll have less time to work on stories.
But don't worry The Beginning of a New Adventure isn't ending yet.
I'm still going to work on it and expand its story. Just not until I have the time for it.
I hope you all understand this and I'm really sorry about the delays.

It's a massive time sink for me, way too easy to procrastinate with, and I really have no intention of reaching higher-level play or completing all the acheivements. I've already uninstalled it, and I'm working on selling off anything Marketable that I have.
And that might have been the end of it, and I was going to end on an offer to trade away all the remaining Tradeable but Non-Marketable items I had.
