As most of you probably already know, when you post a story, you have to choose a series tag of which series that piece is fanfiction. Conveniently, when typing in the proper tags, it also shows the number of times that tag has been used.

Some people not might be aware of this, but when you change your username on the site, it also changes the url of your profile.

The reason why this matters when it comes to promotions is, if someone has promoted your story, art piece, or other creative piece linking to your profile, and you change your username, the link will be broken and people can't find your content.
