Pony Fantasy VI Trailer · 12:05am Jan 22nd, 2016
'Nuff said.
Whenever I see these art pieces, I've got to post about them. Not enough love for the SNES era of gaming lately.
This art post is not something we commissioned, but it's fun to share. Plus, since Ultros didn't make it into our story, this is our chance to give the tentacled one some love.
WARNING, THERE BE SPOILERS AHEAD
TURN BACK NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS
So I've got a few back-burner projects that are getting finished on Dragon Time — popping back up after slow-cooking long past the point at which mere mortals have forgotten them. Case in point: After … um … literally a year since my Never The Final Word open anthology of commentfics was last touched , I finally managed to set aside an all-nighter to dig through my submission backlog.
Hey Askre, your Pixel Sombra made it into this #Somboom YouTube compilation at 2:31. Congrats!
I was actually thinking of doing one of these. Glad someone beat me to it. They take forever to do, lol!
So the Season 6 finale synopsis, To Where and Back Again, is out...
That sounds familiar...
Oh wait.
I kind of beat Hasbro to it.
Well, I feel it is that time where I do more reviews on the episodes that I have watched now that the fifth season is over and I have finally watched the season finale myself. Boy, has a lot happened since the last time I reviewed the episodes; and last time I was flipping my shit with the reveal of the crusaders getting their cutie marks. I think I have finally calmed down enough from that roller coaster of a trip and am ready to get on the next one that will finish out the season with a
Dark Souls pic totally not foreshadowing anything.
Hello everyone! My name is SuperKamek, and welcome back to another countdown!
This weekend was busier than I expect, and that's why the chapter is up late. I do sincerely apologize.
Anyway. Rainbow Dash's chapter! I hope you enjoy.
Next up, we have the Princess of the Night. Vote here to pick what she changes into!
Hey look everybody, Starlight Glimmer has been redeemed! Isn't that swel-
Oh boy...
Oh, also, I am indeed back everybody! And I promise, there will be a story based off this episode coming! Maybe. Can ya guess what it'll be?
Dear Bronies and Pegasisters,
Since I'm drawing "The Philosophical Substitute: Discord" to a close, I figured that the best way to end this story is to do a trial. However, I am writing this to let you know that since I've started to work on this since Monday, I'm almost 3,000 words, I can see right away that this is going to be big enough that I have to split it in two.
Hey, that's a sight and a half: a new thing published on here that I actually wrote with my own two typing hands. At least, it's new to you guys: this is actually my entry in Everfree Northwest 2018's Iron Author competition, which I cleaned up in July after several months and then promptly forgot to actually post for several more months. It's the product of two hours of frantic typing based on an idea I've been kicking around for a long time (pre-Perfect Pear, even) about what happened to
Since I already watched the series finale the other night (and was spoiled on a couple details prior to that), I already have a plan in mind for a Teen-Rated story that involves Discord after the events of Episodes 24 & 25. The oneshot will be published sometime in the next few days, and is currently In-Progress to read on my Official Patreon Page. I have about 1,000 words written so far, but I intend on writing out a lot more tonight:
Hey, folks. Like most of you, I saw the series finale this past weekend. And like most of you, I've had my own issues in dealing with it, wondering what it means for the site, for the fandom, for my own stories, and for myself. So consider the following blog entry my attempt to help myself through it and sort through all my myriad thoughts and emotions.
For me, the show ended a long time ago. The season four finale was the last contiguous episode I watched. The show had become predictable and stale. The sincere optimism and slice-of-life tone that I had enjoyed no longer entertained me. The jokes no longer landed, and the plotlines failed to surprise me. And the writers had started to run out of ideas even then; at the time I joked that they had gotten DBZ in my MLP, given the laser dogfight that ended season four.
