From 12/12/12 to now, after years and years of plugging away at this story, many changes and writer's blocks, and other things in life, "Elements Change the Dark Hearts" is finally completed!
For those of you that have stuck around and that still care about the story, thank you very much for still being there. For those that are just reading it now, or just got back to it, welcome and welcome back.
I can't thank you all enough.
Howdy howdy. Still me, still here, still kinda miserable.
The two of us have gone a long time without posting anything. However, we have an ambitious and clean project in the works! We've already posted part 2 of our Mr. Clean Anthology, and part 3 will is currently in the works! One thing that may be a little disappointing is that we plan for the series to deviate quite a bit from EQG (and MLP altogether) after the third part. We will keep posting as much of the series on this site as we can get away with, but with the EQG characters falling
So, on top of getting some new music to add to my collection (Rammstein's latest album 'ZEIT' finally showed up, and picked up two albums of Unleash the Archers), which will no doubt give me more ideas to play with, I've also managed to finish a brand new chapter in "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children"! Just gonna get it looked at by my best friend and best editor, and then I'll decide on when I wanna post it. Might actually try to get another chapter done before then so I can have some
Next B2B chapter for PJS is out.
Also a new story featuring Applejack, a story that's part STALKER/Metro, part The Road, and spiced up with my odd ideas.
Check them out!
Do it. I will find you.
For a while now I've been talking about some personal projects such as "Three Doors Down" and "Cleo the Wanderer" and how I want to focus more on those instead of pony fics. This is very true and I'm not changing my mind on that. However, there'll be something that'll take up what little time I have for pony fics... Sorta. Depending on what happens and how I'll be scheduling the whole deal. When I say I want everybody to know who Walter Stummelson and Hannah Gotstein are, I mean that. Which is
I've created an ASMR playlist that would help you relax and unwind, courtesy of PonyASMR Project and Kitti Minx. Happy tingles and may you have peaceful dreams in your slumber.
So, with the update of PROJECT: Flood Control to the 15th chapter, taking the advice of a reader, I decided to put in the beginning of each chapter, a loose listening guide for which songs I think fit the absolute best for each chapter. With the addition of this listening guide, I went through my Favorites on YouTube, and increased the size of the playlist from 45 songs, to just under 150 songs,
Been meaning to do another one of these, so enough prevaricating about the bush!
Hi guys. I'm bored at work.
I've decided to start a new project whereby I print out and periodically add pictures of Nic Cage to my cubicle. My boss is literally on the other side of this wall, and I want to start an experiment where I see how long it takes me to get fired due to Nic Cage (and possibly using fimfic at work).
I am looking for more Nic Cage.
This isn’t brave... it’s murder...
“So...tomorrow is the first day of March.”
“Okay.”
...
“wait-TOMORROW IS MARCH?!?!”
“Yep.”
“OH S**T.”
So, I have been keeping up with releasing one story a month this year, somehow. Even though I’ve been suffering through some Writer’s Block and diverging interests, I have managed to keep releasing a story (of varying quality) every month.
Now, this month is National Novel Writing Month.
I already have a lot to do with school, and I’ll be getting a job soon, too. I won’t be able to participate in NaNo and write some one-shot I have no clear ideas for.
I'm committing to finish a chapter of White Lie's story today (within the next 24 hours). Hold me to it, y'all!
I haven't written anything in a VERY long time, and I really need to start starting things again. Always the most difficult part.
Also, I want to get back to White Lie and Angel ASAP because that's a story that needs told.
Anyway, motivation start!
As I approach the weekend, it's time to give a quick update on things. By this time next week, I'll be on the road headed back to Texas. I'm moving for the fourth time in four years (a fact that aggravates me more than almost anything else), which of course means I will not be available until I find a place to stay. To that end, I'm saving most of my current projects - FMP, Switcharootaloo, and Locals - to my Drive folders so I can at least study them while in the passenger seat.
