Ugh, I can't make up my mind! Guess I need some help

Do I wait until I finish the story to do editing or Should I do editing now before the story is finished?

Hello, everyone! I know this is probably not the news you wanted to hear, but after much consideration and discussion with Ember and Denzy, we have all agreed to change Magisight from a weekly serialization to a bi-weekly one. This means that, chapter 16 will not come tomorrow, and will instead come the following week on Friday, July 5th. Chapter 17 will come Friday, July 19th, and so on and so forth (a possible extra delay for Bronycon is pending)

Dammit... This is my third time deciding if I should cut a particular scene. Which undoubtedly means I should cut the scene. I've never considered cutting a scene that I wanted to leave in. It's just such a pain. I put a lot of work into it, but it doesn't fit with the chapter's theme. It's fun, but the chapter works just as well if not better without it.
