When I first published Ladybugs Awake, I made a corresponding Behind-the-page. In it, I said that I was so genuinely surprised by the reception and expressed my gratefulness to all of you.
And then you proceeded to shatter my expectations.
100 upvotes? 100 upvotes? It baffles me how well this story is doing.
Annnd Act 2 officially finished! Honestly, I'm so pleased I've made it this far. I've never thought I'd actually get around to putting these ideas down on paper (well, computer screen, I guess) so not only getting to this point, but looking further ahead and thinking to myself, 'yeah, I can totally get there in due time' is so invigorating.

I don't have a whole lot of time, since I still have schoolwork to do and a research paper to research, but I just thought I'd make a post celebrating two years of being on the site.

"Silent Love" has reached 50 upvotes, as well as 100 tracking (278 bookshelves in total)! That's fucking crazy! One hundred people, watching me write over my shoulder and saying "Eh, that's not bad, I'll keep reading."
Well guys, You've probably noticed by now that my stories on here aren't being updated and I'm not online that often, and you may be thinking: "What gives?" 
So, I first posted my latest story, The YouTube Bug, at... IDK, 1 AM Eastern Time? Of course, I needed to wait the long and torturous wait of passing moderation, but that was when I first posted the story in general.
I'm not sure of the exact time that the story got approved, but when I first checked FiMfiction at 12 PM, I saw that it had a few comments, 6 up-votes, and 4 down-votes. I was still pretty happy that I was receiving comments, and planned to reply to them all after school.
200 followers. 200 people who's lives I have managed to touch enough with my words that they want to hear more of them. It's such a humbling feeling. I hope you guys all know how absolutely grateful I am for each and every one of you. Every like, every comment, every encouraging message, and every commission has helped strengthen me. You all have helped me turn into someone I didn't even know I could be. Because of you, I've learned how to use my voice. I know now how to speak up and how to

we are currently in a temporary living accommodation with a friend/acquaintance. we managed to get all our important things into storage, and have escaped our previous scary landlord/tenancy situation.
then our paypal was locked for such a high volume of donations.
