Hello there. another week another episode. This week we saw the appearance of a sports game that sounds pretty dang fun, Buckball. I'm honestly not that big of a sports person but the concept of Buckball sounded like it could be a pretty entertaining one. We've never really seen any sporting events in the show except for Wonderbolt shows so it was nice to see another aspect of sporting in Equestria (even if not very many have heard of it). I usually talk about how the episode shows some kind
Just wanted to give you lot a brief update. It seems hurricane Florence has a raging hate boner for my state and, as such, there's a damn good chance I may be AWOL for a brief time. Not to worry though, I have a few stories already locked and loaded for publishing, so the debauchery will continue as scheduled!
Like Noah, I'll survive the torrential rains and flooding upon a boat I crafted of sinful delights and pastel equine buggery!!!
Let me preface this by saying that I have a healthy understanding of fantasy, reality, and the distinction between the two.
That said, let's talk about how a fictional character is getting back at me.
Hey guys! Just another small blog post, nothing out of the norm here! I've finished and recently updated another story for you guys. So I hope you enjoy it and that it brings about some... smiles.
Nothing much else happening right now, with me anyway. The weather is getting hotter and the heat is starting up again, so it's time to prepare melting on a daily basis, can't wait for that!
A rumble of powerful thunder sounding like God aimed a perfectly-executed strike and I babbed my pants. Damn, that was loud! (The thunder, I mean, not my...nevermind )
RailwayDash is back at it again, this time with a German translation of Weather Worker's Song.
Breitbart News last week used one of the Weather Channel’s videos to mislead its readers into believing that climate change is a hoax—and now the normally non-political channel is striking back!
We had lots of fun, and even took some questions from our viewers! Come join us next Sunday! 1:30 PM PST!!!
New story out now. Check it out here:
I started writing this two months ago, when, as residents of some parts of the Northern Hemisphere may recall, it was rather chilly. This saw a return of headlines about the Polar Vortex and a resulting spectrum of science stories, and a twitterstorm of science communicators trying to both correct misconceptions and cash in on the interest in a science topic.
The first day of spring has come and gone, and with it comes my sinuses trying to slowly kill me.
I'm thankful that my keyboard is a quiet sort and that I get the place to myself today...that'll be nice.
Also, interview for a job today and my unemployment information came through yesterday. I'm so valuable I'll be getting $150 a week before taxes.
Whoo!
Title "Cheating Heart". Discussion after the page break.
Hey there, mates. Not too long ago, I wrote a wee bit about this cool contest on the AppleDash group. Well, because I'm a bit of an ambitious bastard, I'm not exactly aiming for first place.
See, you're allowed to submit multiple entries. The way I see it, you've got to aim for the absolute top score. So, I'm aiming to come in first, second, and third place. All at once.
It probably won't work, but a guy can try.
...the Device will reawaken, hungry again...
That new story I promised is posted and up for your viewing pleasure!
Inspired by freezing temperatures at home (currently reading -20 C (-4 F for the Americans in the room)) and then Winter Storm Grayson that froze Niagra Falls, cancelled 90% of flights out of LaGuardia Airport, and was conveniently timed to hit while I was visiting the east coast, I felt the need to write something to warm myself up.
Because if I can't be warm, then I can at least make a fictional character warm.
Someone asked me earlier today how the Upper Factory was laid out. Specifically, as it was before the renovations done by the time of Pegasus Device. I took some time in MS Paint to mock up the general idea I have of it by now.
Just as an update from my previous announcement, my new anthology story will be coming out shortly! (Probably Sunday... my internet modem got fried in a summer lightning storm, so I'm updating this on my phone.) The anthology will contain 6 or 7 bite-sized stories and there will be more to come as time goes on! It will also feature some more cover art from my longtime collaborator Greenfinger, and may even have some guest stories from other authors. I think you all will really enjoy it, so keep
