Welp, That's It, I'm Going · 5:31am Oct 5th, 2017
I wish I could say to one of the cons (which I am also seriously considering), but no. I'm going to the movie. In the theater. Like a normal person.

I'm really late to the party seeing this movie, since its almost as old as I am, but I just saw When the Wind Blows and dear god I feel... caught between agony, pity, and inspiration.

My favorite films I've watched in 2023.
1. The Philadelphia Story (1940) - When a rich woman's ex-husband and a tabloid-type reporter turn up just before her planned remarriage, she begins to learn the truth about herself. (This movie has a very good cast. I very much enjoyed seeing this.)
Imagine some director like Brad Anderson, Ti West, or the guy who directed "Wind River" directing an adaptation of "The Picture Of Dorian Gray".
With Tom Hardy as "Dorian Gray".
I loved it! Quite an enjoyable experience. The songs were fantastic and I love the new characters. I think I'll be writing a fic with Tempest and Princess Skystar eventually. If any of you haven't seen the movie yet, I'd definitely recommend it!
We all know that movies are all the same these days. They always have a happy ending. Especially highschool-dramas.
But I just watched The DUFF and I'm surprised by how good it actually was.
You go to see it again! That's right, I'm off to see Jurassic World once again, this time together with a special friend
Enjoy this funny raptored-mane-six, that I found on the amazing google!
Have a nice day/evening/morning guys!

I'm gonna lay off of blog posts and get back to actually writing.
From now on, every post about what TCM is showing (and most of my movie recommendations) will be posted here. The new additions will be in the comments.
Anyway tonight (Tuesday Night) TCM is showing "The Last Dragon" (1985).
Tomorrow afternoon they are showing a movie with the eye-catching title "Hips, Hips, Hooray" (No, it doesn’t star Shakira. It’s from 1934). The TCM synopsis – Two salesmen try to market a flavored lipstick.
Happy 104th birthday to Olivia De Haviland! Legendary actress. She was great in "The Adventures Of Robin Hood" with Errol Flynn.
So, just watched John Wick 2, and the Lego Batman Movie.
The Lego Batman Movie is what would be called "a crackfic".
And John Wick, my parting comment was, "If you want to catch any professional, you gotta send someone who is better than them." Unfortunately, there is no one better than John Wick.
