I'm starting to review stories. I should have a blog up tomorrow or the next day for a review.

Three Solos, One Cadence by Inquisitor M
The Combinatorics Project by Ringcaat
I had something somewhat clever to put up here. Then my computer shut down and I had to turn it back on and now I've lost it. Anyway, got this in just under the wire. Oh! Someone recently favorited my second ponyfic. Which is nice. I really do need to get the second chapter of that finished sometime soon.

To be fair, they can't see the whole cover art. But I don't think they are aware of the fact the story's fully written. I should leave it a bit more clear.
Managing to stay to a post every day on the other blog. Which is cool, even if it's been a bit light on content here or there.
Today's:
Pony Stories 631

Pan Flash by GaPJaxie

In other trivia news, the 7,000th story on the list is A Girl Walks Home Alone At Midnight by Jade Ring reviewed by Chris over at One Man's Pony Ramblings, like a month ago.
Whereas the 12,000th review on the list is The Moonstone Cup by Cyanide which is reviewed by PaulAsaran. Less than a week ago even.

Hey, going to be putting stuff up on the main blog every day for at least a week. Hopefully even longer!
One of my favorite parts of the finale was Trixie continuing to rub her friendship with Starlight in Twilight's face. I like reformed, but still shallow Trixie and kind of a jerk just to Twilight.

Those Awful Rumors 'Round Town by PresentPerfect
Let Me Complain, Dear by Oroboro
Hey there folks! It’s been a little while and for good reason: there’s no new horse words. I have some threads, some of which I’ve started on, but inspiration just isn’t sticking. The only writing I’m doing these days is on a big college research paper (that still isn’t done). Bad news aside, I do still want to write about horse words, so I’m putting out this blog as an introduction to something I’ve been wanting to do recently.
So first off, you may have noticed that this isn’t a Friday’s Featured Fic. Well, I’ve decided that I will no longer be doing Friday’s Featured Fics in favor of a general weekly review. This is because that finding good stories is hard. Finding good stories on a weekly basis is even more so. With that in mind, starting this weekend, I’ll be reviewing one (complete) story within the range of 30-100k words every weekend between Friday and Sunday. Final score will be at the bottom of
Spoilers incoming. Episode review
Welcome to the sequel no one asked for!
I’ve got three more stories for all of you, three more coin flips to make, and three more reviews to write. If the coin comes up heads, that story gets a positive review, and I highlight the things I enjoyed. Tails, and I go negative. After all, just because something is perfect doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.
And away we go!*
I’ve said it a lot before, but there are a lot of good writers on Fimfiction. Emylia Hawke is one of them. Her short story “Night Terrors” is grammatically perfect. There’s coherent dialogue, good pacing (for what it is), great establishment of settings and characters, and all the technical elements I expect from any competent author.
So after a brief mention of this idea in a Skype chat last night, I figured I might as well give this reviewing thing a shot. There’s just one little wrinkle, but it’s rather simple to understand.
After I read a story, I flip a coin. Heads, I write a positive review. Tails, I write a negative one.
Let’s see how convincing I can be…*
