Had an idea kind of like those writing prompts I see every now and again. One popped into my head, so here it is:
Pinkie Pie needs glasses.

Hiya! The thread I provided in my last blog post, where folks may suggest prompts or story ideas for my list of projects, was accidentally archived on the mysmall.horse forums. That issue has been fixed, so now registered users may comment on it. In the future, I shall also provide work-in-progress entries, and use the thread to post unfinished drafts for proofreading or critique. Any and all assistance is welcome!
After watching the EGG Holiday specials, I came up with this one.
Girls in Shades
Short Summary: 7 girls, 7 shades, and 1 heist of the century.
They would be humans in this story.
A British Gentleman has set up a contest with an interesting premise: he wants to fill in the gaps in Fimfiction's genres, the things people don't usually write much of. The first one is:
First or second person HiE, with a FEMALE point of view character.
So there I was, sitting on my thinking chair. I was thinking, and then it hit me like a cold stream from a bidet. Actually, it was my bidet I forgot to run the warm water, but that is beside the point. What if someone put a "want it, need it" spell on a sandwich? Would the poop become part of the spell? Since the eater has made the sandwich part of them would they become more desireable? The things that cross my mind on the porcelain altar are like a scorching hot blast on the brown eye.
Will you make it on time, I wonder?
Yes, it only takes you 10 minutes to write a flashfic, so 60 remaining hours should be plenty of time. But then again, you had the whole month since my announcement and you produced nothing!
Go on. Pencil in your mouth and crack up a flashfic!
If you are, you should try your quill in this writing competition:
https://www.fimfiction.net/group/212112/flashfic/thread/463261/flashfic-150-march-2021-accelerated-evolution
All you have to write is less than 150 words. You can do that, can't you?
This competition is special to me because it's about evolving.
Okay, so i'm running a little dry on ideas here. I need some good ideas to write out for AR2 and while i do have a few in mind, I'd like to hear your opinions. Right now, I'm working on the newborn/toddler phase. It's coming along fine, but most of them come out as >1k blurbs. Which is great for publishing, speaking of which, do you want me to compile them or publish separately? Feel free to throw ideas out here.
I asked my buddies in a Discord server to give me some writing prompts because I wanted to create without rules. They came up with two, and they seemed to like 'em. So, I'm gonna share them here too.
A prompt about that humpback whale found in the rainforest.
And...
Lacking confidence in our writing is a very common thing among writers, and I'm sure a lot of us spend a lot of time thinking on how to improve—I know I do.
A friend of mine created this awesome group to encourage others to use their creativity during these dark times.
So I thought I would promote the group for them, here.
Worry not! For I have the challenge for you.
After a couple months, my first ever programming project is complete!
I present to you, the Pony Prompt Generator!
Between the show and the comics, there are a lot of characters and locations yet to be explored in a fanon capacity.
In an effort to remedy this, I've put together a generator that randomly picks from roughly 1500 characters, 400 scenarios, and 80 locations.
"Kamen Rider" was a phrase that I think I first learned memetically, as something in the cosmic background of the universe or something like that. It didn't consciously register in my mind until the third Fan/fic/ Theater 3k15 riff of July 2016, the Obscure Crossover Shuffle, where Scarlet's entry was "Wake Up! My Little Fluttershy." by The Gamer Master Archives, a crossover of MLP with the ninth Hensei-era (essentially, post-series creator's lifetime) Rider series Kamen Rider
Fimfiction Advanced
For this I've added three major enhancements.
Firstly the featured stories box should now fade to transparent instead of a weird beige.
(adding images to your blog is so frustrating now that imgur is blocked -_-)
With my recent publication of Frieza goes to Friendship School, I have miraculously convinced over one hundred people that I am an author whose works are worth reading*. Whether you're a fresh set of eyes or have been here since the beginning, I appreciate your support. To celebrate, I'm going to do something special. You won't wanna miss this!
I lost the file in containing several ideas, prompts and quote for the future chapters of the Mare in the Warp. That's easily months of work. I feel very stupid...javascript:void(0);
I had an offbeat idea a while ago, and I managed to bounce it off one Solid 6Gear. (The 6 is silent, you see.) I posed the question of what mammals the Mane 6 might become if they took a transformative trip to the world of Zootopia.
Solid Gear 21:56
Applejack has to stay a horse...but will end up a Clydesdale. :PPrawo 21:57
And if I again specify that *Twilight* would be the only horse?Solid Gear 21:58
lot of things have happened since my last blog.
First of all, let me thanks you all for your patience, endurance and support. I hope you've managed to find something you enjoy in my works :)
Now onto what has happened. Most notably, I was fortunate to win a Pinkie in EFNW's Scribblefest 2016 with Give A Like - Feed A Changeling.
Well, today, I did what I never thought I would do. I joined a fanfiction site. And, I'm actually very happy I did! Honestly, before today, I haven't actively sought out fanfiction. Sure, fanfiction is notorious for either being badly written or clop, but I've found so many awesome stories on here just today that don't fit into either of those categories! Y'all have inspired me to start writing my own fimfics, but since I've never written fanfiction of any kind, I
