So this is now a thing. I can't promise it's good, but I've spent a moderate amount of time on it, so hopefully it's not terrible.
Hey, guys! Remember when I said in my last blog?
Hence, why some of you guys probably noticed me jotting stuff down onto a piece of paper. That was a regular occurrence in Quills and Sofas when I couldn't think of anywhere else I needed to be or anything else that I had to do at the moment, and was subsequently busy letting my idle hands be the devil's playthings.
In case you guys didn't know, Professor Plum wrote an article a few days ago about how life could use a bit more positivity in it. Honestly, I'm inclined to agree with that - and when i say "inclined to agree," I mean "Holy crap I'm really thankful somebody is making a post like this."
In other words: The American health care system is fundamentally evil.
I really do try to see good things in contrary points of view sometimes. I'm willing to admit why an argument I've made in favor of or against something has been wrong, and a fair amount of my friends can testify that I've (reluctantly) conceded when I've screwed up and need to consider a different point of view and/or apologize.
A bit late for this post! To be honest, I've had to spend a couple of days mentally and physically recharging. It's been a while, and that many people - and that many things to do - took a surprising amount out of me. Still, this is something that I wanted to make - and I've got other blog posts that I wanted to make after this one, so stay tuned.
It's been a while. I could talk about things being busy, but things are always busy. I'm not going anywhere, barring very unfortunate circumstances, and I appreciate everyone who's still been following along with this account.
Hell. Yes.
I wrote stuff. I put a new story out, and I know that I'm gonna be able to see it through.
Mostly because I actually wrote a bunch of chapters ahead of time, already have the ending planned out and am finishing up the last few chapters of the story as I'm writing this.
You know, i was going to make a big, official "i'm back" blog. I abstained from it on the basis that i should put out more than one story in the space of a week before claiming it as an official signal of my return to writing. And it wasn't as if i didn't write a bunch: I just didn't publish anything i wrote. Once i actually get any of:

You think I'm kidding, don't you? Actually, I'm completely serious about this. I promised you that there would at least one entry out of the seven that would be mocked and, honestly, this is the one I was thinking about.
And I don't regret it now.
I'm neutral on the original version of the song, but holy cow I'll defend the remix of this song in public.
I should try to capture that songfeel in horse words, but I'm not totally sure on where to begin.

Yeah, I know, I'm like a week late with this announcement. I'm aware that I've been getting more and more scarce on here, but that doesn't mean that I'm not interested in some Fimfic events from time to time - and this is certainly, certainly no exception.

10. I find the sentance mixing in YTPs to be disproportionately hilarious, and I've seen some dozens of times despite them not really having "jokes" to begin with.
I know it looks like I haven't been creative much - at least, if my writing output's any indication. To some extent, that's true: chalk it up to work, my parents being an incessant thorn in my side and good old-fashioned depression. But truth be told, there's been at least some work there, and I've gotten enough requests from folks I know to share it that I figure I should share what i have, complete or not.
