Well, when I woke up this morning, a new hard drive was on my doorstep.
Stuck it in my laptop during lunch, and started working with it after work. This hard drive works fine, and I got it set up as my new home folder relatively easily.
I hooked the old hard drive up to usb, and tried to see what I could get from it.

Hello all, I'm back with yet ANOTHER blog post, this time with some good news. I'm home, I had a good holiday with my family, and as of today everything is back to normal once again. I'm finally able to get back to writing is my point, my computer is accessible, and I have the time to write now. The only thing holding back the sequel is me, since I'm sick and lazy. So, I ask you all for a favor, yell at me to get off my lazy butt and to get better so I get back to writing. Thanks!
Hey all! Due to an issue with italics (and the ‘unpublish’ toggle being conspicuously close to the ‘edit’) the newest chapter of Summoning Twilight was unpublished by accident. It has since then been re-published, but it was brought to my attention that that might have made notifications up and dissapear.

So a couple days ago, The Fine Brothers – they of the "REACT" videos – decided to launch a new licensing venture. This caused the internet (youtube and reddit) to go into meltdown. I've been watching the fireworks all day.
EDIT: The movie made $23 million Thursday night... sigh... and so Disney is going to keep pumping out these cash grabs because no one has learned their lesson yet. People are addicted to nostalgia, even when it's just a pale copy of the original.

So, when I saw the commercial for the second half of season 6 and saw that there would be an episode about Spike befriending a changeling, I immediately got worried. I wasn't sure how the writers would destroy my headcanon handle something as complicated as this. I knew I would have to see the episode one way or another. So I did.
I remembered this one recently, probably because I went back to work at the store where someone once got angry with me for sharing it. I guess because it went over his head and that offended him? Or maybe he just didn't like philosophers, or French people. Anyway, here you go.

Well I'm back as I said, feeling quite buzzed as the credits to the MLP movie are about done rolling. I'll try to make my thoughts on the whole thing coherent, but before I ramble on I will say this upfront: I was not all that offended by this film. In fact, it was okay. (Most of) The new characters introduced, the new locations, some of the songs I quite liked. That may be the alcohol talking and I may have different thoughts when I sobered up, but I'll give this movie a 7.5/10. Not that great
