Its going to be fun, first were going to be doing a IST, hold a plant for a least 3 minuets im going to go for 4, do 5 pull ups at lest, I'm going to go for 15, and then run 1.5 miles in under 12 min 30 sec. then we are going to play a sport or something. wish me luck I also had pt all week so I'm still a bit sore.

To make things worse, my mom has to stay at work until they can confirm that no hospital employees have been infected. IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!
