Writing and editing progress update.
The Starlight Broadcast, Part 1, will consist of 30 chapters (about 96 / 97 thousand words). I'm working to finished editing and uploading those last few chapters soon.
After that, the story will go on hiatus for a bit while I get stuck into writing Part 2.

Hello! Been a while since I've done this. By the time I release a chapter sometimes I'm too tired to make a blog post, then I lose my stream of consciousness of what I wanted to talk about while editing! But, at least I have a few things to talk about.
Hey, folks. After eighteen months of hemming and hawing about it, I'm finally doing the promised updates and major editing pass to The Lawyer and The Unicorn. The early chapters especially need the latter as I read some of the stuff I wrote back then and wince. No more violet unicorns, more showing and less telling, and fewer ellipses, which I had tendency to severely overuse back then.
Sorry for the delay, as I made multiple passes over several days and kept coming up with things that needed adding or fixing. But it's finally ready. The content is dramatically expanded over the previous version, now containing over 10,400 words. So it should be plenty juicy; my prereaders said it was very compelling to read. I know not many people follow me, but I thought I'd go ahead and post this anyway since a very small number of people may be following me for my Twilight story I have in the works, so I thought I'd just give people an update and such.
WHOOPS I totally didn't make a blog post last week, and I totally meant to.
Things are starting to kick into high gear now, aren't they? I know chapter 4 was shorter than normal, and chapter 5 was a bit longer, so hopefully the length disparity wasn't too jarring for anyone. Honestly when I went back to re-read chapter 4 before publishing it, I was a little surprised at just how short it was.
Hello, everypony! I hope you all enjoyed this breather chapter. It sure has been a wild ride for Twilight since the beginning, hasn't it? Wow! So, I had planned to release about nine chapters for the first day. Pretty big already, right? But with everything I worked on...I could easily make fifteen chapters. Luckily, I did plan to cut stuff cause there's a lot of the same conversations from different point of views. However, even with the cuts, there's twelve chapters. Anyway the chapters do better when I promote the ever-loving shit out of them, so that's a time commitment too. A writer's work is never done. At some point I AM going to spaz out about this story; it's going to happen.

Sorry for the long silence, my life has been filled with looking for a new job, so things have been rather hectic these past few weeks. But don't worry, everything is fine. Like every responsible adult, I have prepared for such a scenario, so I can at least live comfortably the rest of the year without things getting hectic. Although I still want a job before then.

As some of you may recall, around December last year I put up a rough poll regarding story ideas. I am a bit ashamed it took me almost a year to write even one of the story ideas, but I found myself in a bit of a drought part way through the year. Sometimes it was simply a lack of free time, sometimes it was a lack of creativity.
Arc 2 is almost here.
It’s very close now.
80,623 words so far, and only a few edits remain. I say this because every time I do an edit on a chapter, I seem to accidentally add about a thousand words.
Now, I know it’s kinda odd that I release this story in Arcs, instead of by the chapter. As far as my reasoning for doing that:
