You Might Want to Read … Bullshit Jobs · 9:38pm Nov 19th, 2021
So this post isn’t quite a “Why You Should Read …” but at the same time, I did want to throw this book out for consideration.

Well, today was the first day of writing my new chapter!
And there is good news! And some bad news...
The good news is the chapter is 20% done!
The bad news is i'm sick...
Good news is so far it has not impacted my schedule, and me being at home gives me a bit more time to write, so hopefully, friday evening, it will be released as planned.
Salutations!
Just thought I should give you guys on update on things.
Well, nothing has really changed, other than my country are not entering another strict season of lockdowns, which blows harder than trumpeter with a bad cold.
We can feel the pressure out at my work, because of new rules, and increased demand for medical mumbo-jumbo that we have to deliver so smart peolple can make wacky medicine.
UPDATE: Lost my cover artist, so more delays. Trying a new artist. I may have to go with a thrown together cover at this rate. I don't want to release without something that will be eye catching. Follow me on Mastodon at @sfwrtr. I'm preparing to start an SF novelette at the same time. Over extended? May be. But hacking away at it.
Stay tuned. At the point I think I can drop chapters biweekly, I'll start dropping them.
Alright, no other way to say this, so I'mma get right into it - That dream many of you know about, of me wanting to be a punk rocker in a band? I've been chatting with my cousin (who's in the music scene and is popular amongst others) ands put me through to a music group. I've spent the last day or so chatting to individual members, eventually finding the drummer of a grunge band that said he loved the demo I sent him.
A long time ago, before I ever wrote anything, I swore to myself that I would never post any stories to the internet that weren't already complete, or, failing that, would make sure to always complete what I started and not leave any perpetually unfinished stories. When I finally started posting things here, I tried to stick to that promise.
So... yeah, Unraveling the Unwritten is going on hiatus. Checks out.
In case you were waiting for it to be complete before reading it or something. In which case, don't read it, do something better with your time. Read Harpflank and Sweets instead, that's a classic, much better than anything I could write.
Alright, a delayed Happy New Years to you all!
Sorry for not getting in touch sooner you guys. I just decided to take a break from everything. Focus on some things I've been putting off for a while, just go to work, and relax a bit when I got home, play some games.
Anywho, wanted to let you know I'm starting up again today, and will start pumping out chapters as soon as they are ready. :)
Happy January people! :P
As I wrote, it is complete but I've been delayed in the revisions. My pre-reader has a life, too. I have finally contacted Syrupppy, my cover artist, and commissioned drawings—and I am excited, as you should be, too. I am also working on revising an SF story (non-MLP) and feeding it to my beta reader. Follow me on Mastodon at @sfwrtr. I'm preparing to start an SF novelette at the same time. Over extended? May be. But hacking away at it.
This is my third or fourth attempt to put these thoughts down coherently, so here goes...
A few weeks ago GaryOak returned from BronyCon, and was kind enough to bring back a gift:
Chick-abs can really tie a room together.
Hello everypony!
I joined this site recently, because I want to write my own story, which I have already started to work with couple days ago. Basically it will be romance between two main characters. I have already written over 8700 words for my first chapter, but I feel permanent need to add more and more stuff between the lines, to have at least some kind of extra contents besides story line.
Chapter 1: DoneChapter 2: DoneChapter 3: DoneChapter 4: DoneChapter 5: DoneChapter 6: DoneChapter 7: DoneChapter 8: DoneChapter 9: DoneChapter 10: DoneChapter 11: Done Chapter 12: Done Chapter 13: DoneChapter 14: Done
Chapter 15:
Chapter 16:
Svengallop.
Zipporwhill.
Abacus Cinch.
Clover the Clever.
You're probably wondering where I'm going with this. These are all characters I've written about who recently received tags. Masterweaver, in a characteristically crazy-awesome move, has created a group intended to celebrate them and all the other newly taggable ponies and pony-related beings, to give each of these new tags one hundred stories to its name by year's end. Thus, I have but one question:
This was not Fluttershy's best idea. Now stealing something from Crystal Prep was usually hard. They had been on edge after the whole night sky exploded in hellfire last Fall Formal. Sure they were hyper paranoid monster hunters anyway, but having their theories that had been hypothesized for a few hundred years paying off in one blast really made them notice the rivalry between the schools. But the schools weren't always segregated into Monsters at CHS and Hunters at Crystal Prep. Fluttershy
New Chapterette is posted for Joker's Wild. It has been an interesting few weeks and I've got some news, good and bad, but its stuff that has got to happen. Lately, I haven't been feeling as strongly about Fallout Equestria. I've had a falling out with some members of the community and I find I'd make myself unwelcome if I stayed around in those places, but even before that I think I always had something that didn't feel right about Fallout Equestria. It's been a bit suffocating on my personal
Work... work... work...
Okay, I've been trying to draw out a concise outline for Feather Steel with my friend, theRedBrony. So far we've at least narrowed down a few things about the story. What we really, really need is a good way to end Feather Steel and to nail down a few vague details I had floating around in my noggin'.
Well, I've finally stopped being sick for a few days, so...
