So the good news out of the way, as of 5 minutes ago the draft of Chapter 9, "Hostile Takeover," is complete, clocking in at just about the same length as chapter 8. I know, I know, with the shorter length the chapter should have been done by now, but I promise there's some good stuff here. At least I hope so.

It has been another 8 weeks, hasn't it? Well, this is frankly embarrassing. This time, at least, I can't say it's one of my editors, or some other external force. Short one here, but after 8 weeks WEcon is back on track, and Chapter 4 is live!  Mondo, Pip, and I have been talking and we're planning to get back to a more regular schedule.  Shorter chapters will help too.  By the way, both Mondo and Pip are just goddamn amazing people and I owe them both dinner for a week.

Bad news first, Chapter 4 of Wasteland Economics is gonna be a while yet, though I know it's been five weeks since 3 went up.
