Just a year ago today, Matt Braly's Amphibia came to an end. The Core was destroyed, the Calamity Prophecy was fulfilled, and Anne, Sasha and Marcy became more than what they were before.
The last two chapters (full-length chapter+epilogue) will be up in a few minutes! Expect a full postscript later tonight!
I'll be honest, I thought I'd have this series done by July, but there were a lot more stories still in it. This is my first (and probably last) short series, so please feel free to check it out if you haven't already. 
It's weird to think that we won't get any more weekly reactions for FiM episodes. Granted, there's another movie in the works, as well as G5, but it won't be the same. Oh, well.
It goes without saying that there are spoilers ahead, so read at your own risk.

In my defense, I gotta work early tomorrow morning, so it's not like I can really go out and party and whatever. SO HERE WE ARE.

Hey, folks. Like most of you, I saw the series finale this past weekend. And like most of you, I've had my own issues in dealing with it, wondering what it means for the site, for the fandom, for my own stories, and for myself. Now that are eyes are dried from last night’s Series Finale, let’s take a look back on our fandom. There’ll a couple sections of this post. They are better known as ‘my experiences’, covering my experiences with MLP, and ‘the fandom’s inspiration’, covering the fandom’s inspiration for being as good as they are today.

Hi all. Finally got something to say. 
So as we all should be aware, the show aired its finale a little over a week ago. I... kinda broke down at the end, though I'm aware many people also have, so I'm not going to pretend I'm special and unique because I cried when a show about ponies stopped being made.

Every once in a while I get to stand an applaud as the credits roll to a television show. Futile, of course, as I'm the only one there to hear it, but I do it because it deserves to be applauded.
This evening was one of those nights.

Cozy Glow comes from the future, where Grogar's alliance won and the ponies are enslaved to his will. Her contacting Tirek and getting thrown in Tartarus was all to win not only Tirek's friendship, but Grogar's attention. Now that she's in Grogar's inner circle, she's gonna try to win over Tirek and Chrysalis and pit them against Grogar.
It's ironic that My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic would end on this day, two days and nine years after it was released, closing the story of Twilight Sparkle and the Mane Six. Many thanks to the cast and creators for giving us an awesome show with many great lessons about friendship!
I've been aware of this for over a month now, but I wanted to bring the series finale rewrite to completion before I drew extra attention to it, because I was waiting for it to represent the story in it's finished form. Well everyone, I finally did it... I watched the last episode. I watched the series finale of MLP Gen 4. I was holding back for so long because I didn't want to say "goodbye" to a show that has touched me deep within. This show has introduced me to amazing content, other amazing creators, and made a few good friends along the way. I am not ashamed to admit that I was crying my eyes out.
