I've counted like six documents in my folders ready to post updates, they are just lacking a once over edit or less than 100 words to be finished.
Idk, I just feel totally drained when it comes to writing.
Maybe because my job is like nothing but paperwork I'm burnt out on the written word. Or maybe I'm just lazy.
Probs lazy.
In the interest of keeping y'all up-to-date with the progress of Of Shadows, I'm going to start publishing a blog update monthly, each after two weeks in or so. I'll ensure that the important info (story updates) is at the top, while extra stuff I want to talk about will be below, in case you aren't interested in reading any of that. So, onward to my first "official" update!
CHAPTER 5 PROGRESS:
Stage: Exiting concept, entering first draft
So it's 2017, and I've finally got around to posting another chapter of my "daily" fic.
There are no words to describe how not "daily" that fic has been.
So I did this huge outline with lots of pretty notes, but I'm deviating from it so hard right now, it's almost comical. It was pretty detailed story planning I did too. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother trying, lol.
It's not a complete waste, though! I'm still using the outline to help with my story direction. And the deviations I came up with are feeling really REALLY good. But it does mean I have to stop and assess just how much tweaking my changes will require. 
Hey everyone. I'm making a random test blog for something that I'm planning on doing later so you don't really need to read whatever crazy nonsense my brain decides to write here. You won't find anything of interest and most likely you'll probably just get frustrated that I'm waffling and going off on a tangent about nothing so no need to read it if you don't want to. Sorry guys, yesterday was a particularly hellish day at work and I am exhausted.
I do have a Headcanon Nonsense post in mind that I may put up later as a substitute.
So I sort of noticed that I kill my main characters at the begining of nearly every single story I write. That is probably a problem.
So yeah, occasionally I have these little thought experiments about the characters and try to answer a few questions about them that the show either hasn't answered or clearly has no intentions of answering. I figured I'd share some.
Sunset Shimmer
Age: 16-17 (in human years), 22-25 (in pony years)
Wallflower Blush
Age: 16
Sexual Orientation: Gay. Gay gay gay gay gay! So gay she's almost jovial! Totally, unrepentantly, gloriously GAY!
She likes girls. She REALLY likes Sunset Shimmer.
Vehicle: Wallflower owns a Vespa and it's the most adorable thing in the world to see her riding it.
Income: Right now, Wallflower doesn't have a job of any kind, preferring to spend her time on the CHS garden. She gets a modest allowance.
Working on the Cheerliee chapter in Hot Harvest, so I'm feeling all 80's tonight, and....
Youtube, are you really telling me there ISN'T a TwiMore-based PMV of Peter Cetera's Glory of Love?
Could someone get on that? I can't learn to make PMVs; I have, like, a hundred hobbies already, and I really don't have the time. 
Well, it's been too freakin' long since I updated my story.
I'm sorry.
It's still in the works, just trying to figure out how to make the next scene. All that in the mix. So many things to finish, but I have to finish this one. I have to, I'm pushing myself to finish it!
