Chapter's getting closer to done. Just hit nearly 7k. Not done yet due to me having a few more scenes but like I can see the end of the chapter. I can see three to four more large sections and maybe some shorter ones. I'm unsure about that but it might reach the dreaded 10k plus easily.
I'd love releasing these chapters faster but I kind of can't due to size but oh boy would I want to.
At long last, I've finally finished my first story here on FiMFiction! I had actually finished it awhile ago, but I didn't have the courage to post it until now. I know, it's silly, but I have a severe lack of self-confidence and it took a lot for me to actually make my work public for the internet to read. I look forward to seeing how people feel about it (good or bad) and will continue trying my best to get my stories published for any who wish to read them.
Going slow. 4300 words in the chapter that seems really really low key takes some time.
Also work is really eating into my free time and I am having a hard time adjusting.
Definitely down about that. Can't believe how nervous I am about being a cashier.
I don't know how I feel about my work ambitions and dreams being hampered by my disability but it's a real bummer.
So today was the day I began to feel pain in my lower left abdomen. Or, side. It felt like somebody punched me real hard, then proceeded to poke me with a stick. It stopped for a while during classes, but just earlier it flamed up again, and now it's calming down. I was a little worried so I asked my mom what it could mean and she answered with appendicitis. I only heard of the sickness once, but never knew what it actually was and turns out my cousin John, my step-dad and heavens knows who
The bad news: I'm going to be away for a couple of weeks.
The good news: I'm going to be in Japan for a couple of weeks.
Yes, that Japan.
Welp, there it is. The first chapter of my own Fo:E side story. I've been wanting to write this for a long time now but I been so scared to do it. While I don't have a ton of confidence in my writing, I'm going to swallow that fear and do my best! Expect chapters to come slowly. Sadly, I do have a life outside of the internet and writing takes time. I go through times of high and low muse so... yeah. Anyway! So, two things: One, last night, the full schedule for Ponyfest went live which you can check out here. Times are gonna be calibrated to your local time zone (unless you're using a VPN or some such), and it gives a list of everything planed for the day so you all can schedule accordingly.
My new high school is huge, and my class locations are... unfortunate. Most of them are right on top of each other—my homeroom's on the second floor, my English class on the third floor, my geometry class on the fourth floor, and my locker at the bottom floor, all in the same building. But my other two classes, Phys Ed and Spanish 2, are on the other side of this huge-ass school. Not only that, but there are two gyms, and I don't know which one I go to.
Anger about basically everything
Anxiety about every little thing
Depressed because I absolutely can't stand what I've become and the old me died
Fear of getting killed by someone with a grudge
Hopeful that someone cares, even if it's any of you guys
Loathing everything happening in the world around me
Worry that I'll always be a bad person
So, like, I just have to get this out there.
I'm not satisfied with how Zipporwhill Assassinates the Princesses came out. As mentioned in one comment, it's rushed. It's okay, passable, but I can do better. That's why I'm rewriting it. I just didn't feel right not to say anything.
I'm not sure what is going on in this profile pic, but here's to hoping the red dwarf there energizes their editing skills.
