Time travel in fan fiction often looks like a poorly written flashback.
I am not a admirer of flashbacks or time travel, but there are still some good examples of both of them. And I can assume you have to be a very good writer to write these kind of scenes well.

I wanted to give a nice, big, warm "Hello!" to every-pony who would desire to read this. I've joined FIM Fiction for a couple of different reasons. One of the chief reasons is of course to enjoy the multitudes of fan fiction in the MLP realm. I've visited this site a number of times before joining, and always managed to enjoy myself with the copious amounts of stories that this fandom has to offer. I'm always looking for something new to read!
To celebrate the month of Halloween/Nightmare Night, I wrote this Feather Bangs fanfic! I hope you guys like it!
You may have noticed I mostly write one thousand wordish stories (duh) and very rarely go above two thousand words.
Does these short stories I write in the space of a few hours and throw onto this site annoy you? There is very little story to them and insanity breaks out very quickly.

So I've been trying to come up with a way to contribute to the fandom in some way and I think I've found it. I'm going to be doing reviews on youtube of the stories I've read here on fimfiction. I don't think there are enough reviews about the wonderful works posted here other than the most popular stories that even the least avid fan knows about. So, something to look forward to.
