I find myself struggling with this fic alot and part of the reason why is that I am dealing with pure slice of life set-up here and that's always been a weak-spot for me in my writing. Anyways, this scene was removed because i didn't want Sweetie Belle's secret to revealed to anypony else at the present time.
I had thought about giving Silver Spoon a sympathetic character in this story but it felt out of place in my story's setup. Especially with me already establishing her as "A villain" of this fic. Anyways, here's the deleted scene:
"Are you in heat or something?!" Sweetie Belle blurted out without meaning to with a mildly scared yet curious face.
In the most recent chapter of "The Iron Horse: Everything's Better with Robots!" we see Twilight Sparkle wake up from a nightmare and fly outside to calm herself. She meets Gadget, who also confesses to having a nightmare. The two of them talk, they make up from their earlier fight, and they resolve to try harder to help Turing Test.
Hello everyone! I'm just letting you know that the newest chapter (the thirtieth not counting the joke chapter and the holiday special) has been written and is in the editing phase. Two out of three of my editors have reported in already, and the third hopefully will soon, at which point I'll be able to clean things up and post the best possible version of the chapter.
I'm actually starting to wonder why fragments of this chapter keep popping up on my various devices in creepypasta-esque fashion. This is the second or third time now, I think... 
I remember writing this scene on holiday whilst waiting for the bus to take us to the airport; that was a while ago now, definitely.

Maxwell shuddered at the memory of the time Uncle Ruckus ended up as part of a jury on one a very controversial case many years ago.
A man, a Purple colored man, had shot three alabaster colored women with a Winchester rifle from about fifty yards away. But what caused controversy was the fact that the shooter was blind. Tensions were high and no one could tell how the jury would declare the defendant.
This was originally going to be in chapter 2, and I’d written it to completion, but my proofreader, the ever-talented Setokaiva, told me it was unnecessary when combined with the other scenes, and I saw his point. So, I took it out and edited bits and pieces of it into the remaining scenes.
Still, I couldn’t bring myself to delete the thing fully from my notes, so, as a way to make up a bit for the delays with this story, I’d like to share this deleted scene with you.

Chapter five of Fullmetal Pony is being built (I'm over the halfway point already, possibly even 3/4) while also providing a good outlet for a recent bout of anxiety and insomnia. The biggest update I have thus far is that I've redrafted the first two segments of the chapter, and both of them are much better than what I had originally. But thinking about them made me remember how the first segment was written a long time ago, about the same time as chapter two was being conceived.
