I know this story is old but on Mother’s Day, I’m going to upload my fanfic reading of it and as of now, I found little of people talking about Apple Bond Motherhood. The thing is when I was writing this, it gave me the inspiration of the mother and daughter relationship between Pear Butter and Apple Bloom especially in the sunset paragraphs where Pear talks about her feelings towards Bloom.

My new fan fiction 'The New Life' has a plot similar to 'A True Sister' in the case of Apple Belle. She will be a reoccurring character in my fan fictions. Everything else is different and I felt this to me a much better work than 'A True Sister'

It took over two weeks, but I finally figured out something interesting to say about this episode. The overall bronalysis reaction to this episode (well, the half dozen or so that I've seen anyway) all appear to agree: this episode is a good follow-up to "Crusaders of the Lost Mark" but otherwise is a bit forgettable.
