Sorry about the wait everypony, but just remembered I never let you know what happened with my mother! Everything went well, she got through surgery just fine (though it took longer than originally thought because of old scars and the like) but she came home the next day. She is doing great, in little pain and walking around. She just can't lift anything over ten pounds for awhile, which means it is on the shoulder's of my brother and me to cook most of Thanksgiving dinner, but that is okay.
As the title says, I'm working on a one-shot. I seem to be okay at those so I thought I'd give it ago, besides the first story I ever did was a one-shot and it's done okay over the years. It's a comedy this time, and it tackles one of the most important arguments in history...
Except it doesn't. It's pretty stupid to be honest. But i think it'll be funny so why not?

I hope everyone's doing good and enjoying life as we roll towards the holidays. This year I am attempting to do One Shot-tober. The idea is to post a story every day of this month. Some of them may be stories I've been working on for a while, while some like—Envoys of Hope—will be done in one day. A friend of mine did this last year and it inspired me to try it myself this year. I hope to be up to the challenge and I hope you enjoy the stories!

I've been on a roll with one-shot ideas recently, though I haven't been writing them out very often.
But recently, I came up with an idea that seemed stupidly hilarious enough to write.
So, who wants a one-shot about Celestia's nostrils?!

This One-Shot takes place during the time when Oreonna is in her late teens. In this universe, Tukson has already met Neo and had little Oreo with her, which the White Fang graciously allowed. It wasn't until much later when Oreonna convinced her father to leave the White Fang and begin his life anew. Be sure to Favorite and Follow so you can get updates whenever the story is... y'know... updating.

It's a bit odd for me to say that I always wanted to write a one-shot, but I legitimately don't know how to. The thought of writing 1-5k words is just so alien to me. There's always more I want to write and it just piles on, more and more till it's not even a one-shot anymore. Especially when it comes to my two favorite writing genres SoL and Romance. I'm a fan of those long journeys to the goal but I admire the short, one page, fics.
