Well, been looking for a job... That's been running smoothly. Even though I just applied for 3 other places, I'm still waiting to hear back from another that I sent my resume to a few weeks ago. Come on, Slappy Cakes! If that doesn't work, I got the other ones to look forward to.

Other than the Job Search, I just started Online School, and I am enjoying it immensely. A lot more freedom, but busy mornings. That's really the only downside I've run across so far.

Sorry about going dark like that last few days were kinda hectic for me. I was in the path of the hurricane and was busy prepping for the worst and hoping for the best with my family making sure everyone was ok for what was to come.

Hey, everybody. Just a quick post here. As I have mentioned before, I live in Miami, and we are now all bracing for Hurricane Dorian, which is headed right for us. The current prediction is that by Sunday, it will reach Florida as a Category 4 hurricane. For those unfamiliar with hurricanes, the scale goes up to Category 5. The estimated wind speed when it gets here is 130 mph.
