Happy Independence Day! · 5:21am Jul 5th, 2018

Both my laptop and my tablet are out of power, my summer project is buried underneath my secondary PC and as a result is inaccessible, and I'm using said secondary PC to type this blog at the moment because my main PC is being used by my sister to draw the panels for the webtoon I've been helping with.

So yeah.

Happy we just told Great Britain to screw off day. ^_^

So, 244 years of America, and next year 245 years. ....tell me when the year is worth celebrating eh? All jokes aside, I hope y'all have a very happy 4th of July, and if you drink tea I'll have to disown you as a follower.

Or toss you overboard, whatever works.

Independence Day: Resurgence · 1:40pm Jul 5th, 2016

Okay, i'll admit, I enjoyed the film in a take-your-brain-out-and-don't-think-too-hard kind of way.

It was fun, though the attempts at the human suffering angle the first film had a reasonable crack at, were half hearted at best. They felt like something to fill in the gaps between action sequences, which were plentiful and well presented. So, for a special effectstravaganza that doesn't worry about trying to go all plot on you, points for the film.

Michael Bay would have been proud.

Happy 4th of July! · 7:42am Jul 4th, 2021

245 years ago 56 men signed a unanimous declaration that the thirteen colonies would henceforth be free and independent states. They signed knowing that they would be declaring war on the biggest empire the world had ever known, and it was not an idle pledge, the signants were killed, captured, imprisoned, had their wives and children imprisoned, were bankrupted, had their houses burned down, or lost everything they owned.

Is Celestia a tyrant? No. Incompetent? Yes. · 2:21pm Jul 5th, 2017

In honor of the United States of America’s independence, I present you with this blog piece. A critical analysis of government and politics as seen in MLP.

One of the most common fan fiction "alternative" portrayals of Princess Celestia is that she’s a tyrant. She’ll banish you to the moon in a heartbeat, where you may or may not find bananas. She has secret dungeons under her castle where she keeps political prisoners.

Independence Day · 12:12pm Jul 4th, 2021

While I tend to not be very into all the freedoms and rigjts, I must admit that it's still a good place to live for the most part. In tact, the problem isn't the rights, freedoms and privileges, it's the type of people they're so recklessly given out to. Regardless:
